This place is not that busy. You can come in to get your personal fragrance you need or maybe the gift for that special someone. They also have the home section. If you are looking for a new sofa this is the place to go. Parking is great! Staff is ready to help you and with a smile.

A nice place to shop. There is a wide variety of items to buy at affordable prices. Store associates are very friendly and ever willing in assisting us on our shopping queries. Will definitely visit again.

I stopped by this Macy since I was inside the mall and wanted to look for a slim fit dress shirt. I couldn't find it at first so I asked an employee working the front and it was basically behind her. I didn't find the shirt I wanted so I didn't buy anything. The store is nicely organized and it was nice that they have an employee at the front where you walk in front the parking garage. I mostly stayed on the 1st floor since that's where the men's stuff were at. I also walked by the cologne and it was nice to not have sales people asking you to try some products.

Super nice products with gray savings. I love all the departments nice and clean with very friendly staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped me out returning items I bought online and it didn't fit me.

Yes we are open at Macys in burbank. We are happy that we can go back to work. Our store is very sanitary and want everyone to come and shop. But one thing PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK PROPERLY we want to stay open. If we can wear our mask for 8 hrs shifts you can wear yours for a shopping spree

Joyce is wonderful! I brought items from another department, and she had to run all over the store to assist me. I really appreciated her helpfulness, and she was super friendly. Joyce made me feel welcome to shop. Keep up the great work!

Went in for my eye Dr on veterans day and didn't have to pay anything because I'm a veteran. My dear sweat Dr is a veteran and ALWAYS a joy to see. I really really like her. She good at her job and cares I stopped of to look at some things and ended up buying a Dr Oz pillow and some new pillow cases for the pillow. At normal price I would've spent almost $200 but they were on sale and the pillow was $24 instead of $126 and the pillow cases were about $30 instead of about $75. God blessed me!!!....

Great variety of clothes brands. Look at "Last act" for super discounts but keep in mind they cannot be returned.

Great place to shop great specials and customer service

Macy's is #4 on my top 6 list of store that Iove to shop the only problem that I have with macys is there clothes being on organized or not where they're supposed to be for example like Levi's with Levi's cotton with cotton and bar with bar and so on and so forth so I just can't I really can't like find what I need because I really can't grasp all of scattered clothes all over the place and lately the go-backs have been really bad where they're not being place where they're supposed to be properly also the fitting rooms are a mess. Macy's you got to get it together because right now you're losing points
