EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I am currently traveling LA and randomly stopped by this location to charge my car. Since I dont have CVS loyalty program, i was having some issues on discounts. The staff member was super willing to assist me. She went above and beyond with genuine sincerity. I am immensely grateful for her assistance, as I've never encountered such dedicated support in the US before. I truly appreciate her help. Unfortunately I haven't catch her name but I went there around 9pm, feb 20th Tuesday. I will definitely make it a point to visit again whenever I'm in LA and passing through this area.

The best CVS there is. Fast, reliable and their new intern is such a nice guy my wife wouldn’t stop talking about how sweet he is. Very well informed and gave us great consultation on our antibiotics.

CVS is open 24 hours for emergency medicine.

I was up on a 8 foot ladder at the top. I grabbed a lemon tree branch and it had bees in it. I got stung and it hurt. I pulled out the stinger and my hand began to swell up. The pressure in my finger and hand started to become very painful. I tried ice, water and elevation. Everything helped but the pressure was getting very painful.

I went to CVS at 2 AM and it was open. The crew there was very nice and helpful. They told me where the generic Benadryl was and I got some. The pain and pressure would not let up. I took the Severe allergy medicine and within 1 hour I felt some relief. I was able to sleep and my finger was 65% better the next day.

I am very thankful that CVS is open 24 hours. You never know what will happen and I was ready to go into the Hospital.

Your employe Mylene was delightful, helpful and her smile is very Warm I think you so much for her and for your CVS store is the best one around…

I would love to thank an amazing employee named Artemis. Every time I go to that store I always get treated really nice and well respected thank you Artemis for the great fast work and a great customer service you make my day every time I come there. Works so professional.

The CVS in Burbank on San Fernando is an excellent shopping experience. Led by the Manager, Darlene, this store and the employees are always up to par ... and above par!! I always find help, the items I'm looking for are always in stock .... and overall, it's a pleasant, easy shopping, quick time for me in my busy schedule. All CVS stores should learn from this one ... it has the best employees .... they are always friendly and helpful .... and care about customers. I try to buy as many items as I can at this store .... and the coupons and programs offered are second to none ... I save lots of money!! I highly recommend this CVS!!

This CVS store is clean and well stocked. In most visits I can find anything I am looking for. The staff is helpful. The checkout is fast. This store also has Home Healthcare items, which most CVS stores do not have. This store also has a compression garment specialist who is available most weekdays during the day. You can also make an appointment with the compression garment specialist. Overall this store will give you better service that most drugstores or home healthcare stores.

The pharmacist went out of his way to fill my prescription- calling my doctors office directly

Tony is what makes this CVS great! An amazing employee. Always willing to help. Knows everything and where things are! He’s always like an angel over there willing to help me find my items! Truly an awesome person!

Today the Pharmacist saved me $75 on my prescription by searching for a coupon and filling it out for me. He didn't have to do that. So grateful and appreciative!

I was given birth to a set of twins in this exact parking lot. the manager came out and assisted me. 10/10.

They always have what I need and their shelves are always stocked. Can't say that for most other businesses nowadays.
