Great customer service. Chase who is the Macy’s associate who handles the register near Polo Ralph Lauren went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Chase. It is because of people like Chase, who are helpful and polite, i keep coming back to the Macy’s store. Kudos to macy’s for hiring such a great staff. I am writing about an employee who helped me in the Macy's men's designer coats and jackets department. It was the week before Christmas and it was quite busy but Jonathan (employee's name) still managed to take the extra time to help me. He was patient, hip to what I was looking for and knew what he was talking about. After my online order was messed up, I had to return my fiancé's coat and find another one which was challenging due to the sales and lack of sizes for certain styles. It worked out, because I luckily found a nicer coat (better quality too) that fits my fiancé perfectly, thanks to Jonathan. I am not sure if he's always in the coats/jackets/suits department, but if you need help, find him. He's amazing and knows his stuff. The day before, I had a woman helping me who was nice enough but had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful and I even got her at a time when it wasn't as busy. Anyway, I decided to try again the following day as I needed to return to Macy's again. Thankfully, I found Jonathan. I hope he reads this as I want to thank him again.

I spent the last few hours here. I Put together two outfits & two shoes!! Every department went above and beyond. They went so far as to take a sweater off the manikin. It was the only one in stock in my size. This is what great customer service looks like. Store is beautifully maintained

The Christmas Store is located on the 1st Floor. From mall entrance just keep taking escalator down. It's ok but a huge disappointment compared to the gorgeous separate store they used to have next door. The ornaments are super awful. The cards are ok & on sale. Definitely not worth the drive. This Macy's used to be spectacular for pre~decorated trees, ornaments, cards, toys, gifts, decorations. Just the most beautiful you could ever imagine. I guess Covid killed Christmas. It's pretty pitiful but there are some nice pre wrapped chocolates & ceramic items.

Very nice location in Sherman Oaks. Always try to go early morning hours to skip the parking issues and the crowds in the store. Very nice polite workers in this location.

I was shopping for a graduation gift and had a wonderful shopping experience with Jacob in Dior, the mens cologne section. I wasn't there long before he approached me and offered to show me the Dior Collection, Jacob is very knowledgeable with the products and was so helpful.
I was in and out of there, he helped me choose the perfect gift. So professional and polite, I ended up buying two colognes!
Sweet young man even gift wrapped both for me.
I loved it! Thank you Jacob!

Destiny also is great with customer service, she rang me up and let me know about my points which led me to the beauty section to purchase something for myself.

Super duper big shoutout to the guys at the cologne counter. Danny was so good at helping me buy my boyfriend his birthday gift RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM, without him noticing. 😂 They went the extra mile to help out, I thought I’d leave a review about it. After all the sneakiness, I thought we were about to leave but my boyfriend liked the cologne so much he almost bought it for himself when I already had it in my bag!!! Danny played it so cool and told him it was sold out 😂 That was awesome! Thanks Danny! Can’t wait to tell my boyfriend all about it when I give it to him.

At some point, I disliked shopping at this location due to some unsatisfactory experiences but special thanks to Odette Lancome and Nicole Dior for making me enjoy shopping for skin care and make up.. multiple times 💙💙

I often order online and when making returns it us very convenient at this location.

I stopped by this Macy location to return an item I brought online because I was in the area. I came here the morning after Black Friday and boy was there a big different from previous year. There was only a small handful of people here and many parking spots open. I first thought you had to go to the Customer Service desk(on the 1st floor) to return my item but they told me to go to the Fine Jewlery (on the 2nd floor) to return my item. It wasn't too bad because there wasn't a lot of people so I was able to just walk up to the sales rep to help me return my item. Since there less people in the store, finding Macy employees was easier since they stand out with their name tag. They also implemented certain safely protocol because of covid. But things might be different starting Monday because of the new rules to lower the spread of Covid.

Pick up service is very convenient. Retail workers are very nice.

Whenever I need a quick shirt, the Polo section is always cracking with a sale!

Got glasses the fits my eye with prescription, just thought they'd have better shades with the style I want. And I had my past sunglasses stolen or misplaced.

Glad to still have department store but I got the full on assault at the fragrance counter. I did get some good stuff though
