7-Eleven

I love this 7 eleven. Great place to buy my hot dogs and bring my big gulp cup to get refills. He thinks im a Arab man but im Mexican.I look past the obvious racial baiting to achieve thirst quenching beverage. Ill be back for some pastries latter 😂😂😂😜

Cashier very friendly...but really no public restroom...im an Uber driver and stop at 7elevens stores alot! They can atleast let their costumers use the restroom.

Went in for a simple cup of coffee at $2.19 and caught the Turban wearing man upsale me a product before using Google pay. As I waited for him to "correct" the order he did it again before I could tap the card reader. Since he saw I caught him, he got really nervous and said $2 no tax. I resorted to paying in cash. 7-Eleven, please beware of these THIEVES that are making you guys look really bad.

Hands-down THE WORST convenient store experiences I've ever had have been in this particular store. And it's always the same guy.

He REFUSES to put down his phone to check people out. What? Seriously? AGAIN? Hey, at least he's consistent.

That said, everyone that works there is usually great—aside from this consistently rude IDIOT who somehow is still employed.

I went to 7-11 store in Glenoaks&Alameda instead an employee who used to work there told me it's true!
I bought the same item at the Glenoaks&Alameda store and it was $4.00 cheaper.
The 7-11 at 600 N Glenoaks store total skimming store.
I went back to show the receipt and he went ballistic.
I'm told to report the store to the city attorney's office and to corporate.
I wish I read the majority of the reviews before I started going to the store.
Really bad reviews about how people are ripped off with their hard earned money.

I was charged twice tonight. I attached photos of what I bought and what I paid. The male clerk was ringing me up and I saw on the screen that it looked like I was being charged twice. I told the man this and he cancelled the transaction and he tried again. It was still ringing up the same. I thought maybe I was misunderstanding something so I paid it. I asked for my receipt and he didn’t even try to hand it to me. He grabbed it and set it down near my bags and it was connected to a bunch of other receipts that I had to tear off myself. I go to my car and I look at the receipt and was positive I was charged twice. I look in my bag and there are chocolate chips cookies in the bag that I never asked for and was charged for them. On top of that I was charged twice for the cookies. I went back in the store and a different night clerk was there. In line was the man who charged me and he was on his way out. He left and I explained to the current night clerk that the previous man charged me twice. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I used a debit card and that I would have to come back and get a refund from the person who charged me. I have worked in retail and the restaurant industry for 5 years. I know that refunds do not work that way. I will be coming back to get my “refund” and will take further action if they do not refund me.

This place is the definition of overpriced.
Also please don’t get anything from the soda machine, i was only going to get ice and i was completely disgusted. The city needs to revisit this place because this is unhealthy and risky for anyone. If that’s the outside I don’t want to know if the even clean them properly for the inside.
