Best Buy

What a wonderful store! This particular Best Buy has got to be the largest, and coolest that I have visited. The layout is awesome two floors and escalators. I stopped by to pick up my new Series X by Microsoft on Friday 2/25/2022 as well as a few accessories for the XBox. I was assisted by a Best Buy associate named Harry who was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed a very helpful and knowledgeable person. Thanks for the help. Everyone say hello to Harry or look for him when you arrive he works at the pick up location . Great customer service, awesome store layout. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arthur Khatcherian was incredible!!! The absolute GOAT!!! He answered all of our questions honestly and provided insight on the best value for what we were looking for. He was chill af and didn't try to sell us on anything which is what made us so comfortable buying. Give him ALL his flowers because if we need anything else I know exactly who to go to. Arthur, thank you so much!!! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable but Arthur was perfection!

Probably my favorite Best Buy in California. Two stories of electronics bliss, this location has everything you need. From the latest cell phones, video games, appliances and really any housewares; this location has it all.
Love the theater section there. Had what I needed when other stores in the area did not.
The staff was helpful and efficient. So this place, especially in the San Fernandk Valley, is the place to go

This best buy has the ABSOLUTE BEST service of any location I have ever visited. Arguably the best bestbuy in the state of California. Practically the entire staff is friendly knowledgeable attentive and most importantly willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I will deliberately avoid other bestbuy locations in favor of coming here. Its just a higher quality experience. Notable names include Jay, Veronica, john, manager john, alex from cell phones esteban, isaiah, and manager Mike

Here is one of the best players and you will find all things for the home. I recommend going with a lot of time because you will go crazy seeing everything there is. Here I buy my Samsung refrigerator and it's great!

Employees are very friendly even though they had a long line it went fast I ordered ahead online and it was probably the fastest I've had any store get my order ready, no more then 20 mins from the time I placed the order I already had it in my car driving home very pleasant experience and the the eye candy working the online pick up register made the experience just that much better gotta say it's the best best buy in the valley

I had such an amazing experience with one of the team members at this store, and I wanted to find a way to thank him. Unfortunately, I'm not positive I have his name right but I believe it was Johnathan. I was looking for the first Pokemon cards for my 5 year old, and he was BEYOND helpful— friendly, enthusiastic, interested, and even shared a little something he had with my kiddo to blow his mind. If I'm wrong about his name, I'm so sorry...but if happens to see this thank you SO very much! You made his day!!

They don’t fix printers you must have a warranty for your items that you want fixed are replaced.
