Ross Dress for Less

One of the better Ross location I been to. My sister and I stopped by here this morning when I was meeting somebody in the area. She needed to buy small stuff for her game so we came to this Ross location. I parked near the movie theater parking structure so in the morning, there tons of parking spots. You would just have to walk to the store but it's not that far. There was someone in the front that will greet you and keep count on how many people are in the store. We basically stayed in the front area where the entrance was because the stuff my sister wanted was there. The place seems organize and not messy like other Ross locations I been to. When we got into the line to pay, there was only 1 cashier but by the time it was our turn a second cashier open up for me. I did not have any bad experience at this Ross location. We were in and out within like 10 minutes.

Love to visit Ross Dress Department bcuz I always find something for my home bcuz they have from bedroom decor, bathroom, kitchen, living decor, kitchen utensils, women clothes, Men clothes, children of any age as well as shoes for all the family etc. The store has a great and nice environment and the bathrooms are very clean, the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly and very professional and always willing to help, I always have an excuse to go to ROSS 💓

Nice shop. It's not just clothes. You can find a lot of interesting things here.

Typical Ross store, if you catch it on a good day you can find alllll kinds of great bargains and sales.  Come here on an off day and you’ll find it disorganized, messy, and cluttered.  Still, if you can put in the time, you can find some treasures here.

I had the best shopping experience ever at Ross. Not only just Ross, but in comparison to other experiences at most retail clothing stores. I got personalized service, which included great wardrobe advice on product selection. I left the store in a great mood. Thank you Juliana for 5 Star service and for being so kind and making appropriate suggestions for the items that I needed that day.

I went shopping with my friend at Ross Burbank. I'm just looking for a bathing suit and end up buying more clothes for they have great prices. Plus the cashier that
checked me out is so awesome and very nice her name is ANUSH. I'm so grateful and happy leaving the store because of her awesome customer service. Keep it up ANUSH !!!

This place is more like how Marshall's used to be. It's more affordable and has a good variety of things. Both Marshalls and TJ Maxx have gotten so expensive but Ross was surprisingly affordable and nice in Burbank.

I luv going to this store, U never know what U will find....

Always a bit messy, but you'll find always something you even did not know you need :)

Really good selection on shoes and alot of things

Always worth the time for the great deals we find, nice staff, organized inventory, free parking, late hours, can't count the amount of times we've found exactly what we didn't know we were looking for.

The cashier that helped me today was so friendly,beautiful smile , she was willing to go downstairs to get some bigger bags for all my stuff. I told her it was fine I would take the stuff to my car. So I made a few trips in & out Mia the cashier & even Manny the security said they would watch my stuff I really appreciate that the general manager Elham was so great w looking up a price for some boots I bought Thank you

This Ross is way better always organized neat appearance nothing on the floor like other Ross's stores I've been too from clothes to toys on the ground. This Ross is way better and well-managed

Deals abound in this treasure trove, but you must posess the patience to find the best prices for the best stuff. The employees here are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I just love shopping at my local Ross store.

I love Ross but this store has too many ugly old lady blouses. I'm 68 and dress like 45 because I look it. Can't find blouses here but they do have my yogalicious leggings be occasionally. This Ross stays open till midnight that's a Plus

Fave store. Super fun fines. Found the cutest pair of earrings to go with my outfit tonight for under $10. Love!
