Ralphs

Great store and employees. Aisles are nice and products not misplaced in different aisles like the Buena Vista and victory store as it seems it's done intentionally by the go back employees who just toss products at wrong aisles as even seen perishable products hidden in shelves of wrong aisle but not with this store. No complaints about this store and there even hip to if there's excess customers they will open a checkstand.

Pharmacist Jaqueline - thank you so much for working with me to get my Rx when stuck in town after our flight home was canceled. It may seem like a small thing but your friendly demeanor and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. 😊

Well stocked store with lots of fresh produce and a nice deli.

Been coming to this Ralph’s my whole life never noted any experience as special, today I stopped in for a quick run & upon check out I met a young woman named Gabriela, Gabi was so happy, sweet & kind to everyone in front of me, she informed us all about active sales & provided great conversation while working efficiently. You never walk into a grocery store expecting a lasting impression. Thank you again for the great start to my morning, amazing customer service!!!

Convenient location, but Ralph's at Alameda/San Fernando is better...and close to Trader Joe's, which is FAR superior than Sprouts, which is across the street from this Ralphs.

Best Store, Best Staff, Best and Most humble Manager ever (Harry) . His work ethic is an inspiration. This group works hard to try and keep shelves stocked. Instacart Shopper for 5 years. Shopped them all. Best store ever. Magnolia sucks (never inventory), same as Studio City. Alameda and Victory are fair

Always friendly staff. Been going here on and off for last 36 years and I don't remember a bad incident. Except maybe when i was like 5 and i was riding under the cart on the thing that holds stuff under the main basket thing and i wanted a Snickers bar and i tried to just grab 1 and i forget if my mom saw me or the lady at the register. Either way I wasn't slick at all and my mom made me appologize to the teller and put it back. I never tried to steal from Ralphs again.

This is a friendly neighborhood store. They do everything they can to help you in any way they can. I am happy to support local growers in their produce section. The staff at the meat/fish counter are great. The pharmacy is A Number One! They match my regular online insurance so I don't have to buy it through the mail and they know who I am. It is so nice to have this personal service.

Ralph is great. A little expensive don't get me wrong, most foods gone through the roof nowadays, but still a pretty decent place. You can't go wrong with the amount of stuff there sometimes the selection can be a little bewildering. I mean I will just go in for cereal and wind up having to decide between 50 different brands.

Prices are affordable and the customer service staff is professional and friendly. Mary is usually at the entrance of the store greeting me with an enticing bowl of yummy candy treats. It's always a pleasant shopping experience at Ralphs.

Friendly customers service. They are the only Ralph's that has Guatemala Chow Mein. I'm happy that now I can buy it at Ralph's. The only problem is that the way the store is set-up is hard to find even though they have in the store. It's easy to miss and most of the employees don't seem to know where it is at in the store.

The grocery store we deserve.
I find Ralph's consistently the overall least expensive of the major grocers. It's clean and my biggest complains are kids trying to sell me candy bars outside, DARE trying to get me to donate outside, and that one employee who seems to be the only one I can find when I actually have a question because she doesn't seem to know where anything is or whether or not they carry it.
Oh, and what happened to the Earth Balance Coconut Peanutbutter? That's my life blood.
Gas rewards are great, but only good at Shell which I find consistently more expensive, so I always have accumulated .20/gal off when I do stop there.

Edward in the meat department is very helpful! He actually showed me how to cut the skin off of my salmon (which before I used to just pull off). I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this Ralph's.

The guy that was in the fish department who sold us our lobster tail was super nice and even informed us how we could best do what we wanted to do with the lobster tail. This is the first lobster that we have ever cooked and he was super nice about telling us what we needed to know! :)

This is my favorite Ralph's. (Doesn't anyone appreciate a small store?) I can get get in and out of there a lot faster than wondering the isles of those massive Ralphs stores. Manager Geri runs a tight ship and everyone is always helpful and friendly. Hope they always decide to keep this a small store. There's enough big ones already!

I have been coming here for a long time. The prices are good and the staff friendly. They have a good deli and you can get grocery points that you can apply at Shell gas stations.

This is a small store, so it doesn’t have the variety of bigger Ralph’s. But you can forget and item and return to the other side of the store without feeling that you have walked miles! I love this place!

Alfred is the best produce guy EVER! ALWAYS goes out of his way to help you and go look in the back if the shelf is empty! Daisy us my favorite checker of all time! She rocks!! Just found out she got promoted to manager!! Go Daisy and Alfred ~ love you guys~

Love this store, always have fresh organic vegetables and fruits, love the organic avocados and carrots.. Clean and friendly place. Small section on vegan food but hopefully the expand.
