American Eagle & Aerie Store

Venel Sanchez was super helpful during my time in store! She went out of her way to make me feel heard and made sure I left satisfied with my visit. She was quick on her feet and super accommodating to what I was looking for. She provided exceptional customer service. I will be back to this location for all of my A&E purchases. :)

Such cute and quality products, love them. Venel was such a sweet and helpful associate and her manager as well, don't remember her name but she was sweet as well, had a big & cool hoops. Definitely going back there soon! What is not to love - great quality products and great customer service.

Venel Sanchez was very caring and sweet with me. I came a few days ago and purchased around four pairs of jeans that she suggested. I fell in love with them and today I came back for more. She is truly the best associate. If you go to this store make sure to ask for Venel she will truly make your visit easier and will guide you throughout the way.

Visiting on vacation and desperately needed some new Jeans, I stopped in two days ago and I can’t believe how kind and welcoming and helpful the staff is!! Mary Kate gave me the absolute best experience I’ve by far ever had. She helped me find the perfect pairs of jeans and I couldn’t be more thankful! I can’t find customer service like this back home but I’m so glad I stopped! Thank you Mary Kate!!

Wow! I had an amazing, seamless shopping experience with Liliana! She went above and beyond with clothing choices and answered all my questions! Usually, shopping is such a drag for me, but aerie has such a great selection of clothes for all sizes. If you go, make sure to ask for Liliana to help you! You won’t regret it!!

I had the most AMAZING customer service at The this store and it’s sister store Aerie! I’ve always shop online, you get to avoid bad or no customer service. Today I just needed to go in and figure out my bra size, ugh bras not fun to shop for. Well Diana came to my rescue by walking me through on how a bra should fit and the different styles they had. She found my size, asked me the right questions to suggest great bras. Honestly if she would not helped me I would of walked out if there with nothing instead I walked out with bras, and two pairs of jeans! Thank you Diana for all your help and for your kindness on advising on what was a better fit for me. You are my bra guru and going forward I will be shopping in this store!

Super friendly staff. Always so neat. Pretty things everywhere. You can take your time at the store and try everything on. Love the cotton items. Not so crazy about the polyester things.
