I think the coffee here is better than Starbucks and comparably priced. The iced hazelnut latte is my favorite 😍

Ah, the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Not over roasted like Peet's nor as harsh as the roasts from Starbucks. This place serves a fine cup of coffee. Forget that fancy coffee reviews overlook this great java, but it's tasty, smooth, and reasonably priced. I also pick up bags of their whole bean to take home to grind myself. It brews well.

The positive energy from the staff at this location and the quality of products makes me a huge Coffee Bean supporter. I've been to this location for over 2 years now and within a month they knew my name and my order, many times I'm in line and they see me so they make my order, in this highly populated area they make me feel as though I live in a small town, so friendly to customers and the coffee, tea and The best Ice around makes me always come back. Not one bad experience in all the years I've frequented. Highly recommend this location. The parking isn't always the easiest but you can park in the back and your in and out within minutes because they all work as a team. The Manager Diana's smile and positive energy is contagious.

This is our go-to coffee shop on the corner of Platt and Victory. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and always have our order correct and ready to go when ordering ahead on the app. I love their chai late’s and iced coffees. My kids love their Malibu. And if you love blueberry muffins the way that I do, you’ll fully appreciate theirs! Delish!!! 💕 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The manager at the Coffee Bean at Platt and Victory is awesome! She runs the store well and creates a very nice atmosphere. I had seen her be really nice to people before, but what she did for our school takes the cake. We had a pancake breakfast at our school. I saw all the food and drinks and wondered how much money the school had spent on it. To my surprise, they said that while the food cost hundreds of dollars, all the drinks and everything to serve the drinks only cost us $35 because the Coffee Bean on Platt had given us donations and discounts. There was enough coffee and hot chocolate for more than 300 people. And so much cups, napkins, sugar, half and half, and even whip cream that there was plenty of extras left at the end of the event. I could not believe it. And the mom who got the stuff said that the Coffee Bean manager had said to come back if we ran out of anything and she would give us more. This, while other places had offered a mere 10% discount or had turned her away. Now I like this place even more.

I am always presented with a warm welcome by the employees of this Coffee Bean. They are very efficient and memorized most of the daily customer's orders which is a nice touch and gives it a feel of a mom and pop coffee shop.

I come in here once every couple of weeks on my way to work - I've never met such friendly employees! Always smiling, always greeting me by my name (after using the app, so they know my name...), and always saying "thank you" as I leave. Best staff ever!

Best coffees in town, awesome service and great people. Really cool coffee house vibe that is hard to find nowadays. The manager Diana is really friendly to all the customers and really brightens up the day.

My favorite drink is the Ice Blended Chai drink. They use extracted chai tea leaves, vanilla powder, crushed ice, 2% milk, and I add a 1/4 scoop of fresh Chai tea leaves. Coffee Bean knows how to make blended drinks better than anyone. The staff at the Encino store are way friendlier and kind to me than any other location. The other drink that is never mentioned is the Blueberry Blended Smoothie. It has fresh blueberry juice, vanilla powder, milk, and crushed ice. Yummy!! And of course, the selection of fine teas they offer is unsurpassed by most local establishments. Check out Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. You will love it!

I can make my own coffee at home. And yes for a lot less money. But Diana and the crew here know my drink, know my name, and cheer me up after driving in the hellish morning traffic to work. Love u guys.

Ultra yummy and super delicious!! I had a ice blended dark chocolate extreme and my wife had a vanilla latte. So good, consistently.

Baristas are friendly. They're happy to make suggestions & come up with alternatives when ssomething is sold-out One the cleanest Coffee Beans I've frequented!

This coffee bean has awesome service, better then some thst I've been to, also not a bad size of store, just be aware of the bathroom door not hitting you.

Great spot for a cafe the inside can feel a tad squished in. Definitely more of an order to go more so than to order and relax. Employees are always nice.

parking is kind of a nightmare they have squeezed lots of different stores into this lot so get here early if you can or you can park on the street near the Pizza Hut but yeah this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is fantastic they always make their drinks top-notch A+ +
