Rite Aid

The Rite-Aid at Platt Village in West Hills is my favorite pharmacy by far. Pharmacists Lena and Lucy go above and beyond to help me in a kind, professional, competent, and caring manner. The rest of the staff is terrific too. I am a completely satisfied customer and loyal for life!

Eleni (sp) the pharmacist was beyond amazing in helping me resolve a issue with my medication today, she went above and beyond to ensure I was not without my daily medicine since my insurance was not able to cover the high cost. I have never had any pharmacy associate go to the lengths she took to go over and break down me all my options and take the time to find a solution that works for me. Thank you!! 5 plus stars to this lady!

This is a very nice Rite Aid, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate. The overall decor is better than what you will find in many others elsewhere..the flooring is better and the store is overall cleaner and more airy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their beauty section is very well stocked..much more so compared to other stores.

Great place to stop and pick up greeting cards and cold medication. There is never much of a line and the staff is very helpful. They have quite a selection of the greeting cards for the standard holidays as well as birthdays. The are well arranged so you can find what you need and get on your way. The cold medication selection is quite extensive and they have the cheaper house brands which work as well.

Nice place. I read the reviews. Everyone is nice, even Jennifer. Jose and Laurie are great too. It's a small friendly store.

I continue to like the personal service you get at their pharmacy. At times the line can be a little long, but they always take their time to help so I am OK with that.

The pharmacist and her assistants are so kind and caring.
The store staff are all so helpful.

1) Ami Jams is a coward and needs to learn how to write a sentence before going and acting like the pig they are on a public review.
2) Please restock the Chocolate Malted Crunch more often. Thank you.
