D'Amores Pizza

Came in for a few slices on a week long vacation. Owner was very nice! Good slices & lots of famous people clearly like the pizza too! Cool rooftop seating overlooking the ocean! Would recommend.

At first I was sceptical but after my first taste, I'm hooked!

D'Amores is the best on all levels! Pizza from heaven (fresh ingredients), you will be treated like family. Love visiting when we are in Malibu. Worth the trip!

New Yorkers stopping by California and we stumbled across this place while walking for a quick bite and it turned out the pizza here was amazing. Definitely some of the best pizza we’ve had. Owner was a great guy with a great story behind his business. Highly recommended if you’re stopping by Malibu.

We happened to stop here by accident to get a quick bite, just to find out that they have the best pizza! We actually met Joe the owner which was very friendly and described about their dough which makes amazing thin crust. By the time I remembered to take a photo we ate most of our slices! We tried the BBQ chicken and the Combination Pizza. Both were very good.

This is the highest quality pizza I’ve had in years. I am beyond grateful I was able to cross paths with Joe, the owner, and have a conversation regarding the history of his establishment and the grit it’s taken to make it this far. A true staple of Malibu. Thank you for a wonderful experience Joe and I cannot wait to come back soon!

Amazing experience! Even better pizza. We had the opportunity to meet Joey at the Malibu location and the environment was so welcoming. Definitely will be visiting any D’Amores Pizza that we can in other locations.

By far the best pizza I have had! We had the opportunity to meet the owner and his daughter, who were extremely nice. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. Great atmosphere, great people, and amazing food!

It’s a delicious thin crust pizza, Boston Style. Definitely really good quality ingredients. They sell Pizza by the slice too, or the whole pie, less than 15 minutes ready. Their salad with Italian dressing is a must too.

Oh wow, where do I start… You can’t go through or Visit Malibu without stopping in here as so many have before you! The ingredients are directly imported, the pie is cooked to perfection and that includes the gravy (sauce) and the perfect amount of cheese!!!

Everything on the menu is absolutely just as perfect as the family that runs this fine establishment. I’ve been coming here since day 1 and always recommend D’Amores to anyone anywhere that asks about pizza (doesn’t matter which city or country I’m in).

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because this place is really that good. Now please do myself and the family a favor and stop on in and get yourself set up right and why you wait take a look at the walls and the smiles on everyone’s face including the staff.

The pizza was absolutely incredible, some of the best that I have had and I am coming from Chicago. Joe was an absolute pleasure to talk to with a wealth of stories about where the pizza is from. The food is made with care and love. Definitely a must eat place!

Best pizza LA has to offer!
Had the Bianco and chicken supreme and they were delicious.
Joe imports the flour, water, and tomatoes all the way from his motherland, Naples Italy, and you can really taste the difference.

Joe is a great host,
And the walls in his establishment tell the history Joe's place has.

So great to have met them!! They were so friendly and welcoming - 100% would recommend anyone to check them out! Not to mention the pizza is amazing!

In town for a wedding & stopped in for a slice while strolling along Malibu. Excellent pizza & hospitality. Highly recommend grabbing a slice on ypur way to/from the beach!

Been coming to this place since I was a kid. It’s true what they say, it is the greatest pizza. They always make you feel like family and the food is made with love. There is a great rooftop seating area at the Malibu location! The Chicken Supreme was delicious.

We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and took our food upstairs to the rooftop dining area. The pizza was delicious 😋. The view was amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting Joe, the owner and his grandson, who was very polite and outgoing. Thank you Joe, for the friendly conversation! We will definitely be back!

Joe is one of the most down to earth, personable people you’ll ever meet. He’s old school. He’ll come up and greet you and ask if you enjoyed your meal. As a proprietor should. It’s no wonder this joint is the go to for those in the know. And for those that weren’t, NOW you are. DON’T SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. You need it in you life. 💯
