Fantastic service, I can always trust to save money with their app and coupons! Very LGBTQIA+ affirming to me and my partner with the nicest employees. Handled an extremely rude customer with kindness and respect after she complained about her card declining and blaming it on the employee! I will always come to this location, 10/10 recommend.

Definitely more expensive than Ralphs or Vons. However, they do have some things those stores do not. So it is worthwhile looking through the isles to see if there is something you need. So, I stop by once a month or so and load up on those specific things.

Hate this store was beautiful, I couldn't believe my eyes, all the people working in the store where the few that I ran across anyway asking questions, hey was very helpful !!

Still a great place to shop. Very helpful people here. Lines are always short (or I'm just picking the right times). They're good about opening another register when they need to. Friendly staff.😁😁😁.

Pavilions West Hills is by far oveeall one of the best grocery stores I've ever visited. The customer service, the products are top notch. Even the restrooms are super clean and sanitary!

Want to take a star for slightly higher prices, but if you want FRESH fruits and veggies this is the store for you! Their deli is exceptional also!! Chicken ceasar pasta salad is better here than at any other PAVILLIONS (better than the one in Beverly Hills, hands down!!) Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience. Good deals of you check the weekly ad and apply digital coupons.

Nice clean store, excellent customer service and friendly staff! They always have what I need in stock and if they don’t they restock it right away! 10/10 will visit again!

New and renovated place very neat and clean almost everything that I love are here. The varieties of cheeses are super . Bakery are always fresh and delicious. They also have good fruit cake's. This is one of my favorite store located in 6534 Platt Ave West Hills CA. The isle of wine is very nice. Friendly staff too.

We go here frequently and it's easy to navigate and find everything. Their bakery is good and the bread and baked goods are very fresh. I particularly like the cheese and prepared food sections both of which have great selections that are quick and tasty.

This Pavilions recently completed renovations which made this store awesome!!! The wine/champagne section has an awesome selection, and they conduct weekly wine tastings.

The deli, bakery and hot food counters are dangerously delicious and appealing. The food looks and tastes so good!!!

The butcher counter is amazing with incredible selections of beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

This is a great market, with some competiive pricing for the area!

Clean and big place
I got confuse where everything was at in the aisle. Found the collard greens. And the employee bring out more collard greens.. thank you for helping my Thanksgiving meal.

This is a nice, big, clean, well stocked market. They have a good variety of products. They a small meat counter in the back and large full bakery as well a large selection of prepacked products for quick grab and go trips.

<3 <3. The delivery guy was great! He explained questions I had. He was polite and kind and being a single small woman I felt completely comfortable with him placing my groceries inside the front door landing where I indicated.
I’ve used Instacart twice now & the first time my substitutes were way off, like half gallon if milk (particular band) was switched for another brand (which I pre-approved) But I got 2 gallons! The second time the delivery person (I rephrase that to “whole family”) made me uncomfortable!
I absolutely love that the delivery driver is a direct employee of Vons/Pavillions! This is so important for added safety.
Also I had NO miss an items & no substitutions although I truly feel they wouldn’t substitute poorly. My bill even came out lower than expected. I did use a 20$ 1st time buyer, but still great news to receive on delivery! I’m throughly impressed & will use them before anyone else, hands down. You made me a customer forever with one delivery. I can’t say anymore than that! I hope everyone reads this and tries you guys first.
I don’t know your delivery guy’s name but my order # is 4010012. I only wish I had his name on the receipt... that would be a great change to make, even if hand written because they are selected at random. Please let him know I’m impressed and thank him again for me.

Ordered my groceries on line and used contactless pick up option to get them. The service was very easy, well organized, and friendly. Pavilions had many more items available than I've been able to get at my usual Ralphs market, although they might be a bit more expensive. To me the ability to get the items I need is worth slightly higher prices. I will shop here in the future.
