Like most Target locations, thus store has it all. This location is huge and bidden in the back of the shopping center, so you do not get a lot of unnecessary traffic. Friendly and polite staff with a lot of open lanes and self check out lines.

This is a stellar target; kind, smart and hard working good people. My groceries were one fourth of the market too.

Low prices for grocery basics. Easy pickup of the order. I'll be back!

I honestly think this particular target is better run than the one in Topanga. They are a lot more organized and better at stocking things. I went to see if they put the action figures from the upcoming super Mario brothers movie on the shelf, but it wasn’t there yet. Maya was kind enough to bring them out for me from the back. She was there for a while in the back which tells me she went through a lot of trouble to find them for me. When I went to check out, I was helped by Maria and she was kind enough to give me a discount on all four of the figures I have purchased. Maya and Maria went above and beyond their duty and they should both get a raise.

Always a pleasant experience. Everything is always clean and they have what I am looking for.

Target is my favorite store, it's always clean, well socked, good selection of items and inventory, the floor employees and cashiers are always friendly and knowledgeable, some items are just a little bit more expensive than Walmart but other items/prices make up for the difference. My disappointment today was that an item (men's body moisturizer cream, Target brand Up and Up) was not available but I'll check next time and hopefully is back in stock. All in all, Target rocks!

Target always has what I need for daily essentials. I like coming in and just strolling around. When I went there was nobody in the store so it was like a private shop, lol! I always use the self-serve cashiers. Anyways, it's local and convenient so it works out for me. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another.

The employees here at this Target stand out completely. I have sat and just people watched for 5 days at a time the Starbucks department. And I have gone to other departments for certain reasons. And in each occasion, I have been helped by a friendly Target employee. Today I was drinking a soda in Starbucks. And a very friendly young lady passed by and said hello. Not long after, I found out she is the assistant manager of the store named Linda. I thanked Linda for being so friendly and kind. She told me a little about herself. And I told her my thoughts on her store here in West Hills. This is the type of friendly I don't see in other stores like Target. Unless maybe the employees are my friends I established a long time ago. The West Hills Target is lucky for having so many friendly mature and professional staff! Thank you Linda for a sweet hello!

I was at Target Fallbrook Center, West Hills last night around 6-8:20pm. As I was shopping, I had 2 L’oreal items put on hold for me by a Target employee at the self checkout. The items were those that they keep locked in a shelf at the cosmetics area. Since I was just starting to shop and I had a number of items to buy, it took me an hour or so to go around Target. When I was done, I went straight to self checkout to collect the two L’oreal items I had on hold. The guy at the self checkout, who I unfortunately forgot to ask his name, looked for my items but could not find it. He radioed a fellow team member named Maggie and asked about it. But Maggie also did not know about it because she was on break at that time and the person who took my items at the self checkout was the one filling in her position. And because I believe a Target employee thought I will not be getting the items anymore since it took a long time for me to proceed to checkout, they probably returned my items back to the locked shelf at the cosmetics aisle. After some time, Maggie assisted me to get my items again. I thanked her and proceeded to self checkout to pay for my stuff. Before scanning my items, the guy who helped me with Maggie told me he will give me $5 off on my receipt for the inconvenience. I did not think it was necessary, since I did not really mind the wait and was not really expecting anything in return. So when I was about to pay, he applied the $5 coupon on my receipt. I thanked him and I am grateful for the staff at this Target location. During my entire shopping trip, I was able to have an encounter with 5 Target employees who were very helpful and assisted me with the things I need. Even when I did not really need help, they were attentive enough to stop and ask me if I need help with anything. That is what I call very good customer service, and I am very particular when it comes to customer service. So when I am a very satisfied customer, I really make sure to give a good review and thank them and commend them for the good service. I will make sure to always do my shopping at this Target location at Fallbrook Center, West Hills. I am very pleased with their customer service. You guys are great! Keep it up!

I love TARGET. I don't love that if you order on the app and the store is out of stock you must split your order with 2 stores if you can't get free shipping because your don't have the minimum order.

The day after Black Friday I asked Maggie in cosmetics is she could find me more travel size Lysol sprays? She checked her scanner and she saw that they had more. She was very happy to get me as many as they had. I asked her for around 5 or 6. Maggie had to go to the far end of the store so I waited. When Maggie returned, she told me that Christian B front desk person helped her. Christian had the keys and he came over to open the door so she could get the small spray cans of Lysol. Christian B has always been a cheerful Target employee and Maggie I like her kindness! Thank you to these two Target employees for their help!

Despite the fact that as soon as we entered Target the sucurity announce that the store will be closing in 10 minutes, I had an excellent experience!!!!! My mission was to buy Ardell Wispies Lashes and Ahesive and price match to target.com. To start off my two items were instock so that brought a smile to my face. Second, I saw that there was no cash registers opened but I didn’t care because Bob S. Greated me with a smile and offered to help me at self checkout with my purchase and offered to price match my items. Finally I was very impressed with Bob’s S. customer service skills!!!! He could of had a bad attitude because it was the end of the day but he didn’t.....
