Had a really great experience shopping with my daughter. The staff was super helpful. Molly has such a great attitude and is great at her job.

Customer service was excellent. The young lady at the Tacoma Mall tried her best to get the shoes that I decided to her. All over niceness. Tacoma Washington

I ordered everything online, but opted to pick up in store. I called in advance and was assured by the Zumiez employee, "Mikey," that everything was ready to pickup. Got there and was greeted and helped immediately. Mikey had my order ready and even offered to put it altogether for me. Did it in less than 10 minutes, and he was super helpful and friendly. The customer service I received was honestly super surprising but refreshing and appreciated. I will be back for future purchases ( got 2 other birthdays coming up).

I brought my future freshman son in to do some school shopping. The manager was absolutely amazing and helped us find everything we were looking for. Some items were not in stock in his size so we placed an online order and the items shipped same day. Thank you!

I gave it a 5 star because I think it needs to be heard! when I called to ask about wheels and if they re grooved them she had no idea what I was talking about!!!! Told me skate wheels don't have grooves in them and it was almost like she laughed at me......you really should train your staff about wheels especially if you're a board shop.....

the people who work at this store are amazing. they really get to know you one on one & make you’re experience very worth while 🖤 I’ve been coming to zumiez at different locations for years now and the employees are why I keep coming back :)

AWESOME PLACE! Store manager Abby helped me with EVERY need I had! She regriped my board and fixed it up a bit. Spent 45 mins with her just to try to get a bolt off. Left, trucks weren't riding well, went back, and she was more than happy to fix it! DEFINITELY coming back! Thanks again, Abby for all your help with my board!

You know Jonesy dont rate it unless it's good, and this Zumiez has friendly staff as well as an appealing store front. When you take a look at the right time you find some rare drip, and is definitely worth taking a look at if your looking to wave the magic wand on your wardrobe! Pricey to some but reasonable depending on what you like!Visit Zumiez!

Best one I've been to yet as far as customer service. Wish y'all could train em back in Charlotte. Though I didn't get my first few choices in shoes y'all made sure I walked out happy.

Excellent customer service. I went in for a gift for my sister, I am not their average customer, yet they were extremely knowledgeable and made my experience easy.
