The most personable group of people ever! Loved their customer service! My husband went to try on shoes he saw and loved in the window. The employee greeted us right away and gave great conversation while giving husband a chance to decide what he wanted. This store gives military discount, so thank them for that!

Alisha had amazing customer service. I know nothing about buckle jeans but came in to the store about a specific pair I’d seen online and she was so knowledgeable about the product. I will probably buy the jeans because of all her help. She is great!

The employees here are happy, friendly, and professional. I love their detention if 2xl men's polyester blend t shirts. Alisha, ( manager) was very helpful and easy to talk to.

I went to Tacoma mall after so long and ended up stopping at buckle to see some shoes. The person named Courtney helped me, and all I can say she is an amazing person. Because of her outstanding customer service I bought the shoes even though I wasn’t planning to buy it. She hoped me very patiently. I definitely recommend to shop from here, and say hi to Courtney for me 🙏🏼.

General Manager Landon was amazing! He went ABOVE and BEYOND the level of EXTRAORDINARY Customer Service! I was so bummed when I realized my jeans had a slice type of hole on the rest seem of the pocket. Landon helped and forced the issue for me. Thank you! I won't purchase my denim anywhere else ( i'll go to old navy if I need pants .too paint in paint). They may be a bit pricey ..but the customer service is also whay your paying for and Ive never had bad service here!

The manager at Buckle is my go to guy when I need to spend money on clothes. He has an eye for detail and what looks good.
The employees are always helpful, if I see something on a manikin they will take it right off and let me try it on. Tacoma Buckle is my favorite Buckle and I've been around the states.

I'm difficult to fit for jeans, but the Buckle always has me covered. In the rare case when they have not had my size or the color/style I was looking for, they have happily ordered it for me to pick up later. This was my first time to the Tacoma Mall Buckle. I was warmly greeted when I entered the store, and Jacob took great care of me on my visit. Thank you!

As always, staff goes out of their way to help you find what you need in the size you need and makes sure you understand that they will help you until you are completely happy. No matter how many pairs of jeans you have to try on! It is awesome!
