The people at the register are always super friendly and helpful. Plus if you sign up for their rewards program you can even get a pretty good discount whenever they have reward member discounts in store

This is a great place to get good jeans, they have them in sale for twenty five dollars quite often. I had a great experience at this store in particular compared to the Olympia one because the staff were way more friendly here. They acknowledged me through the door, asked me if I needed any help and wished me a good day on my way out. At the Olympia one they have been very impersonal with little to no acknowledgement.

Incredible customer service. They are so kind and helpful and seriously know their product. I’m a picky jean gal and I told Jordan that I wanted jeans without the crotch lines and he found it in seconds. He also helped me pick out some shirts for my husband after a few questions. I’ve honestly only experienced snobby customer service from the Hollister back home so to have someone help me out here, was incredible.

I know it's a bit spending and pricey but we want to go back old school from your high school days I got a lot of memories but if you want Rick pants and bird shirts plus the cologne that smells for days go to Hollister love the store

The staff was very nice. At the moment there is a deal where every pair of jeans is 25 dollars. If you spend more than 40 dollars and you sign up for their Club Cali, you can get 10 dollar discount.

I rarely write reviews but had an experience yesterday that was worth one. I haven’t shopped at hollister in years but was on the hunt for a new pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans as a woman can be hard and discouraging. The sweetest associate, I wish I would have gotten her name (young, blonde/blueish hair, working 4/10 morning) really took to the time and went out of her way to find me jeans that made me feel amazing. She probably pulled close to 10 pairs for me until I found the right ones. I have left the mall in tears after jeans shopping before, and this girl really made my day and made me feel confident.

Customer service here was superb. The employee greeted us at the door and helped answer all of our questions and helped us look around the store for what my kids were looking for.

I shop here all the time myself and I love it. They have a large variety of different cloths to choose fom, very high quality that will last, and they always got what you need.👍

I love Hollister, it's just like my whole closet is filled by just Hollister Clothes right now. Clothes are super trendy, simple and fit with my beachy So Cal vibe
