Vans

This would be a 1 star but thanks to Caleb he turned my experience into a 5. I went into to do a simple return but Kylee decided to dance instead of giving me the Vans family experience and provided decent customer service.

Just came in to vans for the first time at The Tacoma Mall since moving from Seattle and I have to say I recieved the best and most outstanding help from and got to meet Matt as well! They’re super awesome and fun to chat with. Mel helped me so much and brought out around 7-8 pairs of shoes trying to find a good pair for me as I’ve never had a pair of vans, unfortunately they didn’t work out to my personal liking but even than I was beyond satisfied with the amount of help and kindness I got from these two associates. Definitely will be coming back and hopefully it’s for a pair of vans next time! :)

Very nice and patient staff. I customized a skateboard there and it works amazingly. Their shoes are also very well, too. When customizing skateboards and longboards, it takes about 30 minutes to create. My friends and I browsed through other stores and came back when the skateboard was finished. Overall, a nice trip.

This girl named melina was awesome! Kool personality. Great costumer service. Very helpful, attentive. Genuine and honest interaction. Bought three pair of shoes from her. Definitely going to that store again and ask for her....

Love Vans shoes for my grandson. My grandson has very wide feet and Banks shoes are wide. They look nice too!
