I want to thank the drug store for their great and helpful service. Their location is so near to walk on. It is easy to look for medicines because they are all selling everything. I am looking forward to visiting you again.

The woman running the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have met in my life. Yelled at me and hung up on me when I called to ask about missing medication. We have never had a delivery from them that wasn't missing medication. Rude and incompetent is not a great look for a pharmacy. If you value your health and sanity look elsewhere, this is not it.

I called several times this morning to inquire about a client’s missing medication, they asked me several times to call back in 10 mins and that’s is what I did. When someone finally answered my call, I was trying explain to to woman that answered the phone the details of the medication and she said “ if you be quiet and listen I can explain” I responded with “I can absolutely listen but you don’t have to be rude, I was trying to give you the details. Because someone has called about this medication last week.” The woman hung up on me, when I called back they said that they couldn’t help me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

Poor customer service really rude.
