K MINAMOTO Century City Store

I enjoyed my visit to the K. Minamoto outpost in the Westfield Mall. Customer service was very helpful, and I enjoyed the variety of options - ranging from senbei to jelly’s to mochi desserts.

Would recommend a visit!

This small shop offers delicious wagashi in traditional flavors such as red bean, as well as a rotating selection of seasonal flavors such as peach. K. Minamoto is one of the few places in LA where I can find extremely fresh-tasting dorayaki. While the prices may seem expensive compared purchasing imported wagashi from a Japanese supermarket, the wagashi offered by K. Minamoto has an unbeatable flavor and freshness that's unparalleled by the cheaper alternatives. I highly recommend picking up one of their dorayaki or their oribenishiki if you ever find yourself here!

Authentic Japanese desserts that you can’t find anywhere else! Prices are a bit high, but once you experience how good it tastes then the price point makes sense. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re in the area!

Staff is great and explains what items are if you aren't familiar with the desserts. I was so happy when I found the sakura mochi here. I've eaten it years ago. It tastes so fresh! One piece was $4 bucks. They have an assortment of mochi's and other sweet imported desserts from Japan which can be a bit pricey, but it's oh-so-good

The lady helping my dad and I out was very nice, she helped us find the right items to bring home to family. We ended up getting the white peaches and they were very good but I would not recommend to buy the $50+ peach. Instead, I recommend that anyone should buy the peach Mochi. Again, great service and very welcoming.

Was honestly nervous to try anything here, but the sales person told me to try the white bean cake and that thing was🔥🔥🔥not super sweet, but just right for me. Definitely interested in trying some of the other desserts they have now.

I’ve ordered so many things from here! Everything is delicious. Authentic Japanese desserts. My 2 year old said the name of the place an added that he loves mochi and they gifted him with a cookie. They always treated us great.

Absolutely love this store. Affordable, delicious treats and beautiful decor. Love that they have samples available and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love the goldfish jellies, the Sakura waffle cookies and the large selection of mochi pastries. Yum yum😊

Wow. Small, quaint, shop full of subtle, delicate, delights that are low in their price price and calories. Was a really nice treat, though it is on the expensive side.
