Edmonds Pharmacy is The little Pharmacy with a truckload of heart. Chris, the pharmacist is super helpful and friendly. Olga, one of the pharmacy technicians is super sweet and always has a smile on her face. As someone who takes a lot of different medications, it’s nice to have a trusted pharmacy who has your back. When I was using some of the national pharmacies, anytime there was an issue regarding approvals, it would mean a lot of legwork for me. That’s not the case here, They’re constantly in contact with me if and when anything crops up, They’re quick to let me know about it.
That’s not the extent of them going the extra mile. Chris and his staff know me by name, they remember me and we always have nice conversations. The last time I was there, we were talking about the board game Monopoly. I used to play it often as a kid… so did Chris. His (and his friend's) love of the game was made evident by what happened to the Monopoly money. It got dirty, so Chris and friends cleaned the bills, then neatly pressed them. Wow! That’s some serious dedication to the game. You can do a lot worse than to give them your business. Great little place!

I have been using Edmonds pharmacy for 10 years. They always do a professional job. Better than the corporate pharmacy. And they are wonderful and compassionate.

I have had such a great experience at Edmonds Pharmacy. I am treated so very well. When I went to other pharmacies, I was treated as a number. Here I am treated as a valuable person and customer. The owner of the pharmacy takes great care in filling my prescriptions and always makes sure he has them in stock. I will never use any other pharmacy. I cannot say enough good things about every experience I have had at this pharmacy. It's the BEST!!

I've been going here for my prescriptions for almost 7 years now after repeated disappointments with Walgreens, and I genuinely couldn't recommend any other pharmacy in the area more. These are some of the most consistent, kind-hearted, and caring people in the pharmacy world. They are always on time with refills, and communicate any delays (be it supplier issues, etc) clearly before you approach your refill date so you're not left without. You're hardly ever left on hold for long even when they're very busy! They work hard, and they deserve your business. #supportlocalbusiness

I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago. I have to say I’ve been so happy.
They might not have the start of the art submit request online but where they lack in technology they exceed in customer service. They also exceed in connection, this is something that big pharmacy companies lack.
They took it upon themselves to look at our medication profile and combine meds where they can do that we have less visits. This is huge for a busy family like mine.
We will continue to support this pharmacy!

This Pharmacy is THE BEST. I have 3 type one diabetic kids, and after trouble after trouble after trouble with our durable medical equipment company, Kris carefully and kindly helped me get all my kids prescriptions transferred to his facility. My kids were suffering from lack of supplies, and he got what I need- quickly. I would never go to another pharmacy- he truly cares and offers quality service, as does his entire staff. I have used them for all my prescriptions for 15 years- and now I am very happy to have him help me with ALL my kids diabetic supplies.

I’ve been a client of Edmonds Pharmacy since the day they opened. Chris, the owner, has a team of excellent customer service oriented people that have never let me down. I was home alone and disabled. The doctor put up a new script but I couldn’t get out to get it. Chris delivered it to me personally. Chris has been my pharmacist for 20 years. I highly recommend Edmonds Pharmacy.

Friendly place to get your COVID vaccination. Got my Pfizer booster here day after Thanksgiving. Easy to read forms, super nice staff and very friendly environment. These folks have been working very hard on the front lines to keep us safe thru the pandemic and are a small business, so please treat these fine folks with a lot of grace and patience. Be aware the parking spots are really close together which can make it hard to get in/out of your car, so consider parking a little further from their front door. Thanks Edmonds Pharmacy for the friendly and low hassle with COVID shots.

I have been at this pharmacy for over 5 year and Chris and his team have gone above my expectations. There was a medication that was not working for me and I asked if it’s possible I can get the same medication in a different brand and he was more than happy to provide this other brand for me. Dealing with MS I was not able to go to the pharmacy because I was sick and they kindly delivered the medication to me. This is a non judgmental pharmacy and I recommend people going here.

Edmonds Pharmacy is an intelligent, caring, professional community pharmacy that provides education, guidance and support through all their patients' medication Management.
I like them so much that I travel a half an hour instead of going to a closer one. Edmonds Pharmacy is a smart choice.

I never thought that a pharmacy would be one of those things that I'd review...but they absolutely earned it. In a world where customer service isn't always easy to find... they are always pleasant and helpful. Their sign says they close at 3pm on Sat... i rolled up at 330 and still left with my prescription. Awesome.

We went here for a vaccine for my oldest. We were promptly greeted and checked in. We were over an hour early but they took us in without hesitation. If it were closer to home this would be our new go-to pharmacy. Small town vibes in a big city, hard to find these days.

This is a fabulous pharmacy. If they don't carry specifically exactly what the doctor ordered, they will be sure to order it in for you! Very helpful and treats everyone's order with the utmost urgency. I love them! I wish more non-corporate pharmacies were available in our area.

These folks just fill scrips, do not judge, care about people in pain, local owned, treat people like people just the way a pharmacy should be.Compared to the inexperienced do-gooder Pharmacist cum drug police at Walgreens, these folks are worlds nicer to deal with. Avoid the humiliation and choose this pharmacy over Walgreens

This is the friendliest pharmacy I have ever been to. They are all so nice and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
