We have used Harold Allen Property Management for 9 years now, Suzie McLean has been wonderful! She's a busy lady but she always gets back to me timely, and has been so helpful in 2 refinances that we've done, in terms of coordinating with the tenants and the appraisors, getting things inspected and repaired etc. Our rent is always deposited timely and we always receive our reports by email timely. We've never had the house vacant for more than a couple of weeks, she gets someone in there asap. We are very happy with their service, and am very grateful for their assistance.

I am very happy with this company. We have rented from them since November of 2012, and have had a wonderful experience. We work with Chris, and he is great. Anytime anything needs to be done with the house, he calls me back promptly and things get fixed. After a year, our lease went month to month, so that's also very nice. We would definitely want to work with this company again. Thanks!

Such a great company to be managed under. Diane is amazing! She's very responsive and helpful. She gets it done quick and perfessionally and personable. Definitely recommend ALLEN Realtors. We coudlnt have gotten any luckier to have come across this property management company. Applied, approved and moved in within 2 weeks.

Just want to say thank you to Darcie Fish and Karen Bartle these ladies are great. Very professional. Darcie has taken great care of our properties for many years she is great at what she does. I live and work in Wash, DC and have the pleasure of owning a home (I don't consider it just a house because of how beautiful it is and because of the what it means to me and my family) in the Lacey, WA. Because of the fact that I consider it a "home" as opposed to just a "house (rental property)", I was meticulous in what company I chose to MANAGE the HOME when I left there fourteen (14) years ago to be assigned here in DC. As a result, I chose Allen Realtors (Chris Bernstein in particular) because of their/his sincere approach to this house and specifically, he, too comported with my mantra that it is a HOME, vice a HOUSE. I have absolutely NOT been disappointed in ANY manner with his/Allen Realtor's performance. I consider this a strategic matter and I handed this proxy to the best in the business (Allen Realtors). Chris keeps me posted and goes out of his way to check on the home and its occupants. Chris actually takes it personal to ensure the occupants are as upstanding as he can find...that's comforting to me and has translated into a good/strategic home ownership experience involving me and the tenants. In short, I give Chris/Allen Properties what they have earned and not necessarily been given...that is a Perfect FIVE (5) STAR rating. They have a serious notion for duty!

Allen realtors was our agent while buying a home in Tacoma. Our realtor worked not stop to ensure that a very tricky negotiation made it through to the end. Top level service. Highly recommend using them to represent you when purchasing or selling a home.

Great Realtor to rent frm, I have to say Darsey the agent for Ellen has been a delight, my daughter has rented from them for about 3 yrs, and she has been so helpful in so many ways, and has made it so easy to communicate with, understanding, compassionate, I would rent through them and we look forward to in the near future wheather it will be renting or buying.

Janis Larsen did a superb job while dealing with me across country (2700 miles) and closing my condo in Taccoma after only 2 months on market. Many thanks to all involved with the only 'hitch' coming with the 'closing company' just before date, but all got straightened out. Thanks again

Best place to rent from

This is my 2nd time renting from Allen Realtors, and both times I have had no problems. This 2nd time around Susan Mclean has been wonderful to me, I call, email or text any problems day or night and she gets on it.The bookkeeper Catherine is also very helpful and awesome!! I honestly don't know what I would have done when I was having issues without the help from Susan and Catherine's. I have and do recommend Allen Realtors!

I am so thankful to have the management of our home being done by Darci Fish at Allen Realtors! She does a great job ensuring our home is taken care of and that anything that comes up is handled appropriately.
