LOVE this Vet! I called frantically and they were able to get me in within a few hours.
I went in thinking my 4 month old kitty Lucky Luciano had a UTI but come to find out he has a soft tissue back injury & gingivitis (bad breath & plaque). Dr Choi did a very thorough head to toe exam in front of me (which made me feel comfortable) and he even checked his back twice (to ensure the pain was indeed coming from his back) he explained everything he was doing to Lucky and then explained in detail what treatment he recommends. He did NOT recommend unnecessary tests or procedures and said let’s start with this plan and if he’s not better after 2 weeks of rest & medication then we can move onto additional testing etc. Lucky was prescribed pain & nerve meds and he took blood & feces. I was pleasantly surprised with the total amount of the bill and although it was an unexpected expense
it did not break the bank. I will definitely continue bringing my Lucky to Dr Choi
and we definitely “lucked” out finding him!

Great service, the young lady at the front desk is very friendly and always curtious and makes sure you understand and if she is in doubt, she makes sure she asks before answering any quesrions ...👍

I've been going to Diamond Bar Vet Clinic for years and have always been happy with them.

I like taking my dog to the Diamond Bar Veterinary Clinic because the staff and doctor have so much patience with my Charlie. He gets anxious at times, and they work with him to get him to relax. Also, he gets what he needs, and advised on what he may need in the near future. I feel no pressure whatsoever from the vets. I highly recommend the Diamond Bar Veterinary Clinic.

I first came here because it was close to my house but I keep coming back because of the amazing staff! They are always so patient with my crazy dogs! I moved to Hollywood and still make the drive to take me dogs there.

Our first visit to this clinic and we left quite pleased. The office is clean and staff members are very nice. The veterinarian was kind and my yorkie was very comfortable with him. His diagnose was on point and the meds prescribed have worked. We will definitely be returning for any future health concerns or vaccinations.

Two weeks I went to Dr Tracy's office in Diamond Bar to get shots for my dogs and to get their toe nails trimmed. I have been to his office in Diamond Bar (nor far from Chino Hills) several times in the past for shots for my dogs and to get my dog Sophie spayed. I need to get my other dog Harley fixed as well, but maybe next year.

I have been very happy with the service at Dr Tracy's hospital. The folks who answer the phones there were very pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions without any trouble. The receptionists and the nurses are very nice and seem to be very competent and love animals. Dr Tracy answered all my questions and checked my dogs over pretty well. I was very happy with the service.

I wonder about the negative reviews. My experience was totally the opposite of those. I felt very comfortable with Sophie's and Harley's care at this hospital. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. If you are looking for an excellent hospital with an excellent vet and staff, this is the place I trust.

When I went to get my puppy koda all of her shots they were all so nice and took really good care of her. They made her feel super comfy and took care of her when she was scared. 10/10 would recommend!!

Dr. Choi is so knowledgeable and patient with my dogs. I have a dog that is very afraid of strangers (especially vets) and he was so kind and gentle with her. He explained all the procedures in depth to me and offered different options so I could choose what was best for my dog. I didn't feel pressured into spending extra money on unnecessary procedures and I feel like he gave me good information so I would be confident in my decision.
Dr. Choi is the best! I highly recommend him for his ability to communicate with dogs as well as his transparency with his human clients.

Dr Choi is very responsible and attentive to the medical needs of our dog, Cookie. Every time we brought Cookie in, he made sure to stay updated with all of Cookie's medical conditions (there're multiple), and never only looked at the problem we brought him in for. He is very thorough with his patients and always provide holistic care. Unlike some other reviews, I think the price is fair for great quality of veterinary service if you are looking for someone who truly cares about the service they provide.

Friendly staff and Dr. Choi is very knowledgeable. Took our 7 month old pup in for a rash. Left with meds needed to clear her up. Office was clean and welcoming. Very happy with service and staff.

Quick and fast, and good with all pets. Well priced too

I first came to this veterinary clinic with an emergency a couple of years ago. My young sheltie who is extremely allergic to bees was in anaphylactic shock. I had no appointment but just ran inside carrying her. Dr. Choi had other patients waiting but his office just took her inside and they truly saved her life. Fast forward to now. I luckily still have Juliet, the one allergic to bees, but also have multiple dogs and have since taken them to him for treatment. All a positive experience. My latest but most difficult was having to let my 11 year old sheltie go after so much treatment for Cushings Disease. Dr. Choi was again such a help with her treatment. I have to say no one wants to do this at all, anytime, ever, but I was so troubled with having to do this during Covid knowing we can't go inside the offices. I couldn't imagine not being with her at this time. Dr. Choi and the sweet girls in his office made it possible for my husband and myself to be with her during that procedure. Not inside as they are sticking to the protocol but in the car. I cannot convey how important that was to me. It was such a peaceful. So much compassion and care with everyone at this office, always and I thank all of them for that.

Dr. Choi is amazing. He is very compassionate and he was there all the while whilst we tried to treated our Golden Retriever Sonya. We found out she had cancer and he tried his best to help us . Eventually she had to be put to sleep but I was touched by his kindness and his soothing words. If I get another doggie , he will be our vet.

Dr. Tracy saved my dogs life. My dog was attacked by a coyote and Dr. Tracy did everything he could to get my little dog back to normal. The staff here is amazing too. Thank you so much to everyone at this office you all gave so much support to me and my family. Thank you again!!!!!

After just one visit, I feel like Dr. Tracy and the entire team at Diamond Bar Veterinary Clinic have become family. I am an over protective worry wart when it comes to my children (my pets). I recently adopted a new puppy from a local shelter and brought him into Dr. Tracy to have a thorough check up as well as receive vaccinations. This was my first time adopting from an animal shelter so I had some concerns about bringing him around the other pets in the household. Dr. Tracy answered every question and then some. Unlike other vets I have been to, I did not feel rushed to address all of my concerns. In addition, the entire staff at Diamond Bar Veterinary Clinic treat each pet as if it were their own. Judging by the other pets in the office it was as if they were excited to come to the vet! That alone speaks for itself!!!

Dr Choie explains in detail and in terms that are easy to understand the issues my pets were having. He returns calls personally and the staff is professional and friendly. I am able to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time.

Anyone that has a pet knows how much love you have for them. Just like your own child, picking a place for them to get checked or cared for is highly important. Diamond Bar Veterinary Clinic exceeds all expectations and offered such a relief when bringing in your pet. The front desk greets all with a welcome invitation and Dr. Tracy is one of the best! I would highly recommend anyone that has a pet that needs work to go to this Vet.

Had my kitty spade & blood test. My lil dog got teeth cleaning and 3 extractions. So two surgeries in one day. I thought was reasonable price excellent care of my fur kids. Plus meds for each.
