AT&T Store

My daughter's phone was stolen. My daughter, my wife, and I stayed in the store for more than two hours. My daughter got her new phone there. They had many questions about their phones. The two young associates were so friendly, so patient, and so helpful.
That's one of the reasons for being AT&T loyal customer

I posted wrong answer to the questionnaire because I was sidetracked at the time and I apologized for it. In fact, my experience of buying a new phone in this store was very pleasing. We’ve been going to this AT&T store for many years, and will continue to be their loyal customer.
I was immediately served when walking into the store, the salesperson Kenny was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all my options in great details, and went out of his way to locate a new phone with my preferred color promptly. After the new phone arrived, he spent a lot of time help transferring all data from my old phone and gave me a tutorial on using the new iPhone.
I enjoy my new phone so much and appreciate all the help from this store. Please erased my wrongful survey if you may.
