23/7 convenient store near me.

I honestly don't know what people's problems are with saying that people get attitudes at this specific 7 Eleven, but I always have a positive experience, and nobody is ever rude to me. Don't judge people by the book if you want to give an attitude take yours elsewhere.

Friendly workers and great service. They become your friends if you go there often

Convenient location for me, but not the best 7 Eleven location in the area. The customer service has improved but still needs a little work.

I have to agree with some of the comments below about the lack of good customer service at night but during the day it's not bad, it's a 711 what more do you need? Go in get out that's it

I lie 7 11 but I don't like the staff at this one, I always feel like I'm not welcome and learned at.

There is a lady (maybe Hispanic or Indian decent) that works there in the morning during the week that has a nasty attitude. She needs people training. I noticed that it wasn't only toward me but towards other people in line as well. I thought maybe that one time she was having a bad day, but nope it happens often. The 2 stars is because the store is neat but her people skills suck.

Around 10PM 9/14/2022. The serve is okay, the gentleman in the counter is friendly. However, the Slurpe and Sprite (from fountain machine) ARE NOT SWEETENED!!!!!! Just a bunch of plain ice with coconut flavor, and a plain soda water!

This is the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. The cashier lady is a trouble maker. It’s so stupid.

If I could give negative stars I would. The newest employees are TERRIBLE. The younger female and male employee are the rudest I have ever encountered and I work customer service myself. From talking on the phone and acting irritated that I’m in the store trying to buy anything, to trying to make me put back items that they couldn’t scan because there was no barcode before he would give me the items I ACTUALLY PURCHASED so that I could leave (which sounds like they should have handled that when stocking.)

Today the younger male employee charged me for lottery tickets I didn’t want and then wouldn’t refund my money. I understand the reasoning but the dismissive attitude, and outright disregard was disgusting, telling me I should be glad I got extra tickets and I’m lucky… as if he didn’t use the cash I wanted back to purchase them. Then refused to give me his name so I could leave a complaint, mind you this is after I’ve had MULTIPLE issues with his demeanor and treatmeant. He finally wrote it down for me after I asked repeatedly (over 10x) because I wasn’t trying to argue with him and the line was getting long, while of course he was angry that I was upset at all.

There’s a 711 further up Diamond Bar Blvd. that I suggest everyone go to instead. The employees are so bad at this one it’s worth the extra gas to not have to deal with them.

ZERO STARS! This place has horrible service and needs to be shut down. When I came in here to pick up my package from the amazon locker 2 weeks ago, there was a rude female employee who supposedly didn't know how it worked and had nothing to do with it. She was just on her phone talking and wasn't engaging or concerned at all. Then today I came in to redeem a free medium slushee with my rewards and the male employee was scanning and said it wasn't working when I clearly redeemed my points and had the barcode. Then I stepped out of line to see what was going on w the app and let another customer go ahead of me and he said to just take it. Which was nice, but when I asked for a whole pizza (mind you I was with my 2 kids and we always get pizza for movie night) he said he didn't have anymore. I asked if he could make one and he said he ran out. Didn't even look in my direction. It was 5pm so I guess they were ok with 'running out' of pizza for the day? It seems like the owner barely knows how to run a store and refuses to learn how to improve their customer service. Please shut this place down or get new owners.

Today I went by the 7:11 Diamon bar, there I got there, ask for a drink. and the lady cashier answered me unkindly reluctantly. then I asked for some rascale tikes right away I asked for some wings but I decided to change them for others with buffalo sauce ingredients. then the cashier got upset and wanted Fuerza to buy the wings I didn't like them she insisted so I asked her to give me my money back, that's when she agreed to give me the wings so they should change those people who don't like their job.

Wow, the “owner” short female was very rude . Major attitude . Will never come here again
