Excellent place to buy refurbished transmissions. I bought a refurbished transmission for my 2000 Honda Civic Ex for $500+ cheaper than other sellers I've seen online. The transmission came very well packaged and in a timely manner via UPS. If you have questions they will respond in a very timely manner and answer any questions related to transmissions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new transmission or one built up or rebuilt.

Update: I was initially shipped a defective transmission but it wasn't a huge setback at all. I emailed Synchrotech and Dave was very responsive and let me return the first transmission for a new one. The new transmission arrived the same week it was shipped and the car shifts very well now. Excellent customer service, would recommend 100%.

These guys are always doing an excellent job. Super fast response via email or phone call. Very fast delivery, excellent packaging on any packages I have received from them. For the work they do their prices are VERY fair I wouldn't go anywhere else for these parts or services and the turn around time on the differential I just received was superb. I'm a customer for life.

Professional and friendly, I had Some issues with delivery, UPS somehow managed to drop my package cracking my transmission. David manage to take care of it in a very timely manner had a shipping label sent to me the same day and expedited my order as soon as they got the package back. I am helping my son in law rebuild the transmission in his Honda Civic, using a Synchrotech kit. As we were reassembling we realized that he accidently ordered the wrong kit, and a few of the bearings were wrong. By then some of the packaging was discarded and the kit was not in returnable condition. I contacted Synchrotech to ask if I could just purchase the few needed bearings separately. Andy Henson from Synchrotech replied and said they would just like to exchange the whole kit to avoid any problems, and they did so for just the cost of shipping. This was very helpful to us. Thanks to Andy Henson and the Synchrotech company for the excellent customer service.

Incredible and special place. I can’t imagine anybody is better at what they do than themselves. They rebuilt my Honda B series transmission. The service I received was top notch, nothing could have been better about it / they’ve got this down perfect. The specialness of the place is reflected in their products and their shop. In this day and age it’s exceedingly hard to find a place like this. It can only be possible if they are the best and I think they are.

Great customer service. I ordered all parts here for all my transmission builds from synchros to M-Factory LSDs. They have the right parts for the right price. Easy to deal with over the phone and through email. And always confirm my orders are correct before shipping them out, so I am not spending additional money where/when it is not needed

Came into Synchrotech last week because the transmission went out on my Accord. They were so helpful and I was able to get a transmission the same day! The transmission shifts like new now! I would definitely recommend them. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

I have been dealing with Synchrotech for over 5 years. In that time, I have had basic rebuilds done and even full on race units built. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly professional.

Their extensive inventory means you very seldom have to wait! All of their transmissions are thoroughly cleaned and media tumbled not just for pleasing aesthetics but mostly for better lubricity inside the case.

Their expertise has also led them to develop their own line of carbon-lined synchros and other components to compliment their comprehensive rebuild kits. If you have an automatic transmission, they can take care of you too! It's a one stop transmission shop for sub 100hp cars to 1,000hp+ monsters!
