Laura was amazing to work with, very personable and spent time answering all questions. The maintenance staff member I encountered was also very friendly and personable, didn't catch his name. Great clean, well lit, and secure facility, convenient and has Uhauls, moving and packing supplies, and Storage available. Prices are comparable to other storage units in the area. Had good move in specials online. Overall I'm pleased with my experiences with this facility and staff.

Very easy reservation system starting with the online reservation and finalizing in the office. Also provided a good initial incentive price for the unit. Got in the first day and the unit was very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in the check-in process.

Ben helped me load a couch and empty a storage of mine from the kindness of his heart what an amazing employee.

Emily was very personable and had amazing customer service even though I may not alway be the easiest to work with, especially when I’m busy and moving quickly.

First, it was Emily in the office at this location who made the experience brilliant for me while processing a new storage unit request. Emily is friendly, efficient in processing the required paperwork, is helpful in securing the unit that fit my needs, takes time to explain the in-and-outs of self storage @ Tehaleh and was simply just a joy to have interacted with as she set me up for a storage unit. Thank you Emily!

I've had a storage unit there for years (okay, they weren't done building it yet).
Ben, the location manager, has been a standard point of contact for me the whole time. He's always been professional, considerate and incredibly helpful when administrative matters come up.
While it may be a bit off the beaten path, it's rarely congested (which doesn'treally matter because the aisles are plenty wide), the grounds are always immaculate and I have yet to encounter any mechanical issues with access. I believe there are recreational vehicle (broad use) storage, if you need that, along with an array of unit sizes.
If costs and availability are equal, I'm going here without a doubt. Frankly, even if I could find a unit nearby the same size for less... Ben's worth it.
**update 01/01/24: the ownership has changed, so my raves of management are now invalid. Staff remains professional, however. **

I had a great experience. The storage facility was clean and the access hours were perfect. The staff that worked there were amazing. They were kind, helpful, and compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility!

They were so friendly and helpful, I was 9 months pregnant and they were able to assist my husband in things I couldn’t do. The staff at Tehaleh went above and beyond helping us move one storage unit into another storage setting us up with a truck and easy access for the move.

I was in a pickle to find a storage unit quickly as the weather was turning bad for my boat. I reached out to Ben over at Tehaleh Self Storage, not only was he very informative, he also went out to show me a handful of units in the pouring rain. All the units were super clean and well kept, dry and heated. I’ve searched through about 10 storage places near me and never had the customer service that Ben put forward. Prices here are also very competitive compared to other units. I highly recommend you choose this place and I wouldn’t even think twice.

This is the cleanest and best maintained facility that we have ever used. We had a short term 10×20 and now store our travel trailer here. Their staff are the nicest and we are happy that they are so close to home.

Whether you’re moving into/out of Tehaleh or anywhere nearby, this facility is the place to store your stuff. I rented a unit as I was moving out of my last house and waiting for my new one to be finished. Modern and clean, with reasonable pricing, Self-Storage at Tehaleh is the best storage place I’ve seen. The staff is friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this place if I ever need storage again. Oh, they offer the rent specials upfront to you - you don’t have to ask. Also, I rented a U-Haul truck here and everything went smoothly. Top notch business!

Great customer service, and a well secured place to store your stuff..

I am incredibly please with the quality of customer service provided to me by Ben. I am sure that he is a valuable member of customer service team. He has a very good attitude in dealing with his customer. In addition to this the The Tehaleh Self Storage is very clean. Thank you for a job well done by Ben.

Sadly, this new storage facility opens next week --too late for my needs.
I am writing this five star review because of an employee named Ben Ritchie who just spent a half hour helping me to troubleshoot alternative storage options. Ben is very gracious and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on how to prevent moisture spoiling my fabrics in an unheated non-climate controlled POD for example. Such great customer service really makes this company stand out. In future, they will have my business and I plan to recommend them to others.

I have rented space from Self Storage for over a year now and I can say the staff is better than great! They have awesome to work with , the facility is super clean and safe. I will be renting from them for many more years and I encourage anyone to stop by and talk with Ben about your storage needs!

Brand new gorgeous facility out in a secluded beautiful new neighborhood. Friendly staff, awesome security, open 7 days a week, open same time each day and lots more. Very happy with this storage facility. You should definitely, at the very least, drive out to see it in person!

I have to say this is one of the cleanest storage areas I've seen. Very kind people run this facility and it's a beautiful area to go to.

They answer any questions you have. have great hours so you can get your items when needed and the office hours are pretty good also.
