They are always helpful and friendly. I had 2 keys made this time, and they both worked! I've had bad luck in the past getting keys made other places.

Arrow lumber & harware in Orting has never let us down. After running around to the other stores and failing to find what we needed. Arrow has come thru for us. Great customer service ! And it’s nice that they have propane filling available too!

I called and they had 1 air conditioner left and Tim was nice enough to hold it for 15 minutes. We were exhausted, hot and tired. The wonderful lady up front was sweet and the boys in the yard were really fast. Thank you for chilling our family out!!

Their lumber is much better quality than the big chain stores, they know what products the do and do not have, and they always have people who can help you figure out what you really need. And they're only a mile from my house.

Wonderful little town skilled hardware store. Each experience is always fun, And more knowledgeable sometimes! I will recommend stopping here and seeing if they have what you need before moving on to the next. And I recommend the coffee shop across the street too!

This place is awesome. Good selection for a small town store. People are beyond friendly and helpful. Lady at the counter always give my 6 y/o son a sucker everytime we come in so you know it's his favorite store. I will always check here before going to Lowes or Home depot.

I shop here every time I need something for building or repairs. I have always had great service from friendly staff. Prices are fair and the products are excellent quality.
Lumber prices are competitive with big box, but the Arrow quality is MUCH better! Just try to to buy Doug Fir at HomeDepot or Lowe's. Especially lumber that is straight!
The staff here are very knowledgeable and if a person needs information all I have ever needed to do was ask.

Staff was very friendly. Offered each of my girls a .50 cent tootsie pop since they currently dont offer their free popcorn. Always a great place.

Every time I have gone into Arrow they greet me with a smile, and are very helpful to me. Very respectful. I go their for propane about once a week, and I look forward to my mini chit chats with them.

They literally saved me hundreds of dollars and saved the day! I am not well versed in plumbing so I called a plumber to help connect everything under my sink after a new sink was installed and they quoted me a minimum $600 and max $1000 just to hook things up. I wandered down to Arrow in Orting and not only did he show me the parts I needed, he walked me through, very patiently since I am plumbing dumb, what I needed to do. Cost me less than 10 bucks. Thank you!!!!!!!

I work for a company that delivers to Arrow Lumbers. All of them are good hometown type lumber yards. The 1 in Orting is also my local one to where I live. They may not be as well-equipped as home Depot but you will certainly get much better service.

What nice people. R gas gauge wasn't working and we ran out of gas there. They went in the back and brought me out 5 gallons and gave it to me and wouldn't take any money for it. That was many years ago and we've been going there ever since

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I was able to go in with some different sized nuts and bolts and they were able to identify them and get me what I needed.

Great went looking for
Polyurethane to finish some woods and they had a great selection of what I needed.
Staff was friendly and made my trip into town worth the drive.

Only been here once and I will be shopping here from now on.. outstanding customer service... greating you with a smile once you walk thru the door... in the pick up yard they actually have humans there waiting to help, not you waiting for someone to help... very pleased with my whole experience... 1 last thing there wood is actually STRAIGHT... unlike lowes or home depot's crooked wood that always cracks... I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family
