Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Although this store did not have the product we were looking for, their employee, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about what they carried and helped steer us in the right direction to find what we needed. I will definitely come back to this store.

We have been buying paint from Sherwin-Williams for the last few years. Every time we go there, the staff is extremely helpful and they always clear anything we have problems with. I don’t know anything about the other Sherwin-Williams locations but the team here and the selection of paints is the best!

The assistant manager, Beth is exceptionally skilled at her job and her customer service is top notch! Very helpful with any questions or suggestions that she had. Definitely will be back for all our paint needs.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful all about what I needed. Did an excellent job matching an old outdoor trim too.

I had to go in a couple times to color match, get a sample can, and then get a final paint color/finish. All the employees were very helpful, knew their stuff, and were quick to greet & help customers.

Young but very knowledgeable staff. Hunter and Tristen helped me pick out the grade and type of interior paint as well as giving me good advice on repainting our deck; I'll make a point of going back in when they are working. The quality of Sherwin Williams is just plain better than then what you get at Depot or Lowe's and SW has great sales all the time.

I have used the Bonney lake, Covington, kent, Auburn, and tukwilla stores, and they are all great! But the Bonney lake store is my favorite, they know the products, and have helped me out with recommendations, which is a totally different experience than with the box stores where sometimes the sales people don't even know what all they have in stock available for sale.
I Love the quality of Sherman's finishes, even the contractors and mid grade stuff covers and works great. Never a worry about how a custom color match turns out. They also have good quality tools - which really do make a difference! Thanks again,!!

The manager is very helpful but I felt bad because he was very busy and the only one working there. I bought a lot of paint and he was very good at helping me choose colors.

So nice to be able to get one on one service (unlike trying to find someone at a big box store to help) and the folks at Sherwin-Williams will work with you until you find the color you are looking for. Also, a lot more colors to choose from and many other painting supplies to buy.

We had an issue with our paint and the manager took great care of us!!! He replaced or paint and have us some extras! I would go back there in a heartbeat! Fantastic service! Great paint! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable people working there and helpful plus the high quality of paint products they have, the price you pay is comparable with other paint stores but the quality is far superior.
