Have never been able to go here, since for me it's only worth it for buying loose crystals. I was disappointed to find out that Swarovski no longer seems to sell loose crystals and pearls. For me, it was a way of creating more affordable jewelry with Swarovski's crystal gem substitutes (simulants?). If I'm correct, I hope they change their marketing approach. I had thought they were already successful enough selling loose gem simulants and beads?

Addition: I was used to buying loose Swarovski crystals and pearls. Now it seems they only sell jewelry made with their products. It's possible that they only sell wholesale products to established businesses?
