I appreciate how helpful the sales rep was in assisting me with picking out jewelry for my 14yr old. She helped with staying in my budget while getting the best for my money and making sure the chain and separate medallion matched nicely! She offered me a promotion that allowed me to also get something for myself AND set up a wish list so when I come back I don’t forget what I wanted to buy!!!

The store manager Leanne assisted us in buying a beautiful gold chain for our teenage god son and kept in mind our budget and preference. She was kind, friendly, and patient. We both had a positive experience and feel content with our purchase. Thank you!

Leanne is amazing! My daughter got her ears pierced there and we had an issue a couple weeks later, when I called her over the phone to discuss it she was extremely kind and understanding and helped resolve the problem right away. For that alone I would recommend anyone bringing their child to her for a piercing.

We had an AMAZING experience today! I brought my very nervous 10 year old in to get her ears pierced. Leanne was so helpful and so sweet to my daughter. Leanne and Lawrence were able to do her piercing at the same time. It was super quick, and my daughter is so excited to finally have her ears pierced!
