Super fast and easy move in process. They're pretty laid back and very considerate. Super helpful. I've even decided to rent another unit through them lol. Jordan & Erin are awesome !

The Lady was very friendly in fast and thorough also gave me extra information on other things I need also great prices on storages .only problem is an after hours emergency number I was unable to find other then that I love the place so far and will recommend to other people thank you Andrea Jackson

I needed a storage unit on short notice. When I Called Erin answered all of my questions and then met me onsite to view the unit and make sure that I had a gate code and all the docs signed. She made the process super easy! I would definitely recommend Puyallup River Storage and Erin! She is a rock star!

I just started renting a unit from them. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. I was supposed to have a 5:00 appointment to rent the unit. I wasn't able to make it on time.. Not only did she stay and wait for me until long after 5pm but it just happened to be the day we had 111° weather that day. She was so kind and helpful. Now THATS customer service!!!

Okay, I've been here a couple of months now and the quality of service just keeps going on and on. I can't say enough about these guys. Will recommend them always.

Just moved in. People are kind and helpful. Unit was clean and dry. Besides having a hard time finding a lock for it, It was a pleasant experience.

I was very happy with the amount of communication and the help that the site managers provided, while they were going through a transition of painting new lines for the parking spaces. I was also put at ease to know that the facility is secure and I feel comfortable with storing my camper there on site. Thank you for being a site with the right price too!

I have had a unit down here for a little over a year now - management has been the same from the time I called up through the last time I paid. Always super helpful as I am having to constantly ask for help with things. The manager has knowledge outside of the storage business too. I was making a payment this month and witnessed her helping another tenant with an issue he was having, she was quoting rcw to him as I walked in. She immediately acknowledged me and took my payment even though I had offered to wait until she was done helping him.

Travelling out of the State needed storage for our motor home, due to unforeseen circumstances. Spent a few hours going through the list supplied by Google. N o t h i n g but disappointment.
Earlier in the week a competitor of yours had promised us a spot, (choice of two spots). When we were ready to sign, and a day away from departure, we were told that the spots weren't vacated yet. Ugh. And then came a call to Puyallup River, and connected with Erin B. We explained our predicament and short notice, and we we're assured that all will be alright. WHAT A RELIEF.
I felt comfortable with Erin's assurances and atmost professionalism. We completed the necessary pap and all was set. What sticks mostly in mi mind was Erin's attention to details, ability to clearly communicate those details in a clear and confident manner, and rarely seen professionalism. Bravo.

Perfect, then again it depends on what you are storing. For 90% of things barring none, it fits. If you have a semi truck, it fits, boat, it fits. Furniture, it fits. Clothes in moisture resistance containers, it fits. Tools that are protected from moisture, it fits. Motorhome, it fits. Budget that is tight, it fits. How about a percentage rating that can go up, it fits.
Cons: un heated. No concrete floor., that is what the next place has. If you have an old fire truck, it fits. ..... That is all I can say about that.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They made everything very simple and I had a unit rented in a matter of minutes.

Every one was so understanding on the move of my spot change at the Puyallup River Self Storage and made so easy I wish to thank them.
