Value Village

First time at this location and despite some oddly priced items here and there, I have to say the two women employees working the front made the environment quite pleasant with their laughter and positivity. You rock ladies🤗

I wanted to share my experience! I had the best service from Lasha ! I came in from out of town and was with my Godmother and mother and lasha was so kind so helpful! I will be back just to see that smiling face . Great place to shop clean everyone so kind!

It's mid December and I just bought 6 sweaters and two skirts for $45. Sweaters that you can wear to work or church, nice ones, for $3.49 or similar. A one of a kind handmade skirt for $8.49! Nothing but compliments on it!

I get all my name brand shoes here. I a women's 9, too! Great place for kid's clothes. I get a lot of my kiddo's character t-shirts here.

Update: PS this is the nicest, most helpful VV staff ever. We were looking for specific shoes for my kid's Saint costume. The lovely lady stocking shoes pulled out three bins from the stock room so we could rummage through them. We found THE PERFECT pair of boots and they really pulled the whole costume together. THANK YOU!!

Great thrift store. Prices are decent and the merch seems to be of better quality than some others. Parking is pretty good. I don't like that they have switched to self check out ONLY. I have seen older folks have difficulty, which causes frustration and embarrassment. Additionally, I assume it has taken away some jobs. If that is the case, they should bring down the prices a smidgen because we are doing the job of an employee. The store is clean and well-organized and staff were nice. I also wish they didn't rag out the racks so well on the discounted color tags. We didn't find ANYTHING with the discount colored tag.

I didn't quite find what I had initially went for, but still left with something. Scored some nice wall art, and a few garments for myself and family. There is a huge selection of dresses, which is not easy to come by typically at a thrift store! The entire store is well-organized, clean. The self-checkout through me off a bit, but not something I wasn't used to. I've been coming to this VV for over a decade now, and the service and quality of items have always been top notch for me.

This is my favorite thrift store. We have found many valuable items for example an ASUS gaming laptop for 24.99 that retails for 849.00 that was a good find.

Worked here & management is top tier. Very understanding and friendly. Mostly women and they hold it down 24/7 365. Misty Lisa and Brenda are great!

Smiles all around. When I walked into the store I was greeted with a smiley face by a young lady (probably in her late 50's)"Hi is there anything I can help you find"? " Just looking for treasures"? She was very nice so my comfort level is great. I start looking around the store. I had just been to this store a week ago, but it was like going to a different store. They put so many items out daily. It's a very large store so I was there for awhile. In the time I was there I was asked by 3 different employees if I needed help and actually helped by one employee of value village when I was looking for pet clothes.. overall it was a nice shopping experience. I never write these reviews but I think these guys should get recognition for their great customer service. The Value Viĺlage on River Road will give you a unique shopping experience. It's a feel good store. So Go find your treasure it's there.

Every time I go in to this store I end up buying something. I usually come in looking for something specific. They're about 60/40 on having what I come in for. But 9 out of 10 times end up buying something anyhow. They get a lot cool stuff as they rotate their stock regularly. They can be a little high priced on stuff though. Example, I've seen a lot stuff was originally purchased at the dollar store with 2 or 3 dollar price tags on them. It's the only place to buy pants at. All the clothing I've purchased there has been clean and in good repair. And if you are lucky enough buy an item that has that days color on tag on it. Yo can get some pretty good discounts. The check out sucks though . Slow and old card readers and not enough lines open. But it sure is fun.

I hate this place. They always deep in my wallet because I find lots of great things. I found this salesman sample iron there.

Great place to shop. Definitely the best place in Puyallup for used and recycled things to buy.

Great choices to pick from, great prices. You can earn points, for 100 points you get a 20% discount on a future purchase. Falyn & Brenda are great! Definitely not a waste of time like some other thrift stores!

I rarely get to go into the River Rd. Value Village because I am sooo busy flying by. But that Wednesday I hit the change of tag sale and scored a beautiful awesome handbag for a 30% off deal. 😄💖👍Really, you have GOT to stop in there.

As always I found great stuff like books, jewellery, shirt, vest. I really enjoy the experience! Is like an invitation to find the unknown, oldy but goody, retro, in style, the original! It's becoming more and more popular to shop at this type of stores even if you have the cash to get your stuff new! And is so trending even among the youngsters!

They have a really big selection. Some things are priced high but some are a really good deal! I wish the dressing rooms were open but at least you have 14 days to return clothing items if they don't fit.

I went there one time 2 years ago and wasn't impressed. However, when they put thier Halloween sign up this year I decided to give it another chance. It is WAY better now and am a frequent shopper there. Great variety and they keep it pretty clean and organized.

Great experience, nice customer service, tons of good finds. Wish they had more plus sizes. Selection was not really there. Other than that I enjoyed my experience.

Prices are much better than the goodwill. For example I bought a Michael Kors Jacket for $25. Yay! Staff is always friendly and courteous. I've been going here for years and most likely will never stop.

Value village for the community there got low low rates and prices they haven't even different colors at different times of the week that means different money and percentage off they have great customer service always trying to help her loyal customers and new upcoming customers fix a seed what they would like or want and a timely fashion matter
