Very accommodating family business!

This place is horrible. I tried to do a phone order and selecting a bouquet from their website. I places the or order with Dianne who after taking my credit card said that wasn't a nice looking arrangement and but for more $ I can get a decent looking one. She couldn't answer why they sold bad looking arrangements and had them on their website. I told her the day I wanted it delivered on a Friday (in 3 days). Come Sunday no flowers delivered (Mothers Day). I call back the woman Rosa, has the name and address and credit card the wrong names on the card, but not what kind of flowers I wanted. She refused to look at their own website saying it's not good. She googled the name of the arrangements and I had to repeat 4 times. I have no idea if the flowers will show up. They have not been made up and she says they have too many arrangements to make to give me a time.

Order from anyplace else.

Went in for floral arrangements it was sympathy arrangment would not be ready till 2 hours later i paid for it and came back at 12 another had no idea then remembered the arrangements look like Christmas arrangement rose brown edge after being patient for 45 to see if ahe would fix it i walk away called my credit card company i was disgused with service. I called lady the next day she said she give me credit its been 3 weeks still waiting on credit never will i go back there again

I so rarely leave bad reviews. I am absolutely shocked at the disappointing arrangements my mother has received twice ( mother's day) and today her( birthday) these arrangements were both ordered online from out of the country and out out of state. Both were ordered to be large floral arrangements and both have been substituted with a single orchid plant. Buyers beware this place is not delivering what people are paying for. My mother was also yelled at by the delivery lady for not being home on two attempts to deliver. The floral shop is responsible for contacting the person prior to delivery, no one should ever be yelled at when receiving flowers for their birthday. So disappointing
