I have been a customer of a few UPS Stores for over 30 years and they're a great partner and help to my successful marketing consulting business. I enjoyed excellent professional service by David, the Manager, at this UPS Store today on Pico in West Los Angeles! I am so pleased by the service every time I visit from their whole team. They are a great one-stop for my business needs - shipping to and from it, printing, notary services, some office supplies and more! They are problem solvers and help me with my Amazon returns too. Highly recommended!

I want to give a shout out to the folks that work at this location of The UPS Store. They handled a return to Amazon for me of multiple items with various return codes and numerous items for each code with a lot of patience for which I am very grateful.

I can't thank manager Brandon enough for going above and beyond to personally take care of an issue with my shipment that was sent off to me ..I have never experienced such good customer care as I did with this ups store.. also thank u to David there who kept me up to date🙏 everything was sorted out so quickly..thank you all so very much 🙏🇺🇲🙏

David designed my business cards and stationery. He took care of all my business needs. He is a professional, smart and I feel so well taken care of.

Great staff. Always friendly and willing to assist. They haven't lost a package yet and always do their very best to ensure I leave with a smile. The owner is often times present and also greets me with a smile each time I walk in. This location is chill and better than all the other ups stores I have visited. Mainly because of the two great staff members that work there and the entire vibe! Kudos

Used this store to print some official documents and Chris was so helpful. Excellent service and went out of his way to office an envelope for our documents. Great value with attention to detail.

I have had great service at this store, the staff is always nice and helpful. I don't agree with the 1 star reviews as I've been in this store many times. The owner is a nice man and his employees and he get along nicely. If this is deemed unprofessional by some, I think it's just a nice casual work environment where the employees feel comfortable with their boss and sometimes maybe too comfortable with some of the customers. I went in today to have something notarized and the owner was clear and professional as well as the person who checked me out. This store is a great resource for our neighborhood. Dear google reviewers, please let them have some fun in this store as long as the work gets done.

I went to drop off my amazon package. I was in & out. The guy who helped me was very polite

The owner Abraham & Staff are really what has me coming back this location has a great set of employees
(Jay and Luna), they are wonderful, respectful and very helpful. This location has a great environment, always cheerful and happy. It is also very busy at this location and everyone handles difficult customers, situations professional.People that come in Don't understand
(There are Rules, even for the UPS Store!)

I was completely and pleasantly surprised today when I was able to get a refund on a delivery that had not gone well. Without unnecessary details, Abel was incredibly helpful. He knew how to get me a refund, was very kind and stayed to help me past the time he was off duty! This store and at least that employee is beyond good! Thank you Abel for being so "able!. :>

Stopped in today for some printing. Luna & ryan were so kind and helpful. They made my day. Will be coming to this ups location from now on.

Quick and easy drop off for Amazon returns and mailing anything.

One time I showed up 15 min before closing and they turned me away because it would have caused them to stay past closing. I respect that - it's a family owned business.

I have been to multiple locations this location is rhe BEST in quality of staff, service & getting job done. .Its worth the extra drive.

Just plain awesome. Store is clean. They always take care of my shipping needs with great customer service. I also get alot of copying and laminating done here. So glad there is an UPS store so close by!
