GOURMET PALACE

I thought I placed an order online. After 1/2 hour, I went to pick it up at about 6 pm. They did not have it. (My fault) However, they promptly got my 2 items ready and even offered me a snack. Great service, kindness, and especially food. The shrimp with lobster sauce was actually very tasty, and I had no urge to add my own garlic and other spices to it.

The food is really, really, good. Super fresh, hot, and tasty. The meals really do seem fresh and light. I never feel bogged down after a heavy meal here. The waitstaff are SO nice too!

Best Chinese food in the valley. Not usually a huge fan of chinese cause it makes you feel more hungry or even just tired after.
This is quality food with a quality taste. Lots of flavor and great feeling after I ate it. I didn’t leave hungry.

Great food and great service from Terry! We had the Szechuan eggplant and the Sizzling Rice soup, both very tasty & just the right amount of spice. Atmosphere is cozy and the music level was good too!

Excellent food, good portions, some dishes have choice of SM or Lg, decent price in LA area; polite and attentive staff, clean and nicely decorated although area is small. Happy to visit again when in vicinity.

Wow! Stopped in while I waited for the bus, so glad I did. I got the Singapore Shrimp and Orange Chicken. The shrimp dish was a first for me and I completely loved it! It's taste is distinct and the portion was so filling. The noodles were perfect. The shrimp was abundant and succulent. The chicken was meaty, crispy and glazed to amaze.
Really friendly staff, too.

Nicky was the most attentive waitress we’ve ever had! Helped me even find something suitable to eat after extreme dental work. The food is also incredible, best Chinese food in the area, with quick service and aesthetic ambiance, 100% recommend to anyone in the area

Mrs. Nung the manager and other staff were super good and professional with lits of respect for their clinets.
The food was phenomenal that words cant describe.
And received two free mango green tea, cherry on top.

First time there , my old place closed down and the new one that took its place raised the prices significantly so we changed to Gourmet Palace and couldn't be happier . We had Hot and Sour soup , Mongolian Beef and Chicken with Broccoli ( asked for not spicy version) all were super excellent tasting . The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is our new first choice and only a half mile further away than the old place!

We love the quality of the food which is much fresher than typical Chinese restaurants. Last night we ordered a large salad, garlic chicken, and tofu vegetables. All were fresh, cooked tender, tasty at reasonable prices. The portions are generous for leftovers. Our local go to for Chinese food—home delivered or eat in.

Great authentic Chinese food. Very friendly and courteous service. Visiting from Florida and next time I come to LA I’ll be sure to eat here again. Excellent!

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in the Valley. Everything we have ordered is great, kung pao chicken, beef and broccoli, new york style eggrolls. Highly recommend!

Love this place! It is hard to find good food in the Valley but this one is the exception. I used to go and eat at Chinatown in L.A., and this food compares to it on everything: Flavor, presentation etc. I have tried the chicken fried rice, shu-mai (yes! just like in Chinatown), Garden Shrimp, plus other dishes....so far no disappointments.

I absolutely LOVE their candied Walnut Shrimp, KungPow chicken with peanuts and red Peppers…and their egg fried rice. And they are so nice and deliver quickly and their prices are between $ and $$. Some speciality dishes are a bit more. But, so worth it. The Chow Main was also delicious. And my last but not least my other favorite dish is the Sweet and Sour chicken with pineapple. If a Chinese restaurant can nail this one you know you got a good one. It came out perfectly fried, lightly with not too much breading nor oily, and had great quality chicken which was moist and tender. But, I do have to say ONE thing that if you need less salt/sodium ask them to make it so. Because, I prefer it that way myself. But, definitely give it a try!!

Love the food and the people who work here. Me and my best girlfriend get together every other week and always want Gourmet Palace for lunch. They deliver quickly and the food is always good. Their Thai ice tea is really good too! 🥡🧋

Extremely delicious!! Love the big NY style egg rolls!!!! Tucked away in the corner of a small strip center, you could easily miss it....but don’t!! Friends recently introduced us to this restaurant and we are hooked!! Great staff, nice vibe! Best in the Valley!!
