Highest praise for the pharmacy and its employees. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous.

This has been my Walgreens for 15+ years. I prefer the store layout to other Walgreens stores. I've never had a problem with picking up my prescriptions. All staff has always been kind, courteous & helpful. It's my go-to place for make-up, holiday related things, household products, photos, snacks etc.

Monica is the best employee I have ever come across at a drugstore in my entire life. She is so sweet for checking the back for me for a very specific item I wanted. They didn't have it day of, but she let me know when they get shipment! I came that day, and behold she was there with the exact item I was chasing. Thank you Monica, and Coldwater Canyon Walgreens!

The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff were very nice, helpful and patient, even under the pressure of long lines and impatient customers at the end of a long Monday workday. The pharmacist who administered my flu shot took extra care to make it a painless experience. Thank you all very much.

I wouldn't normally write a review but I just received some excellent service at Walgreens tonight. I went to 2 different Rite Aid stores in Sherman Oaks and Valley Village trying to get passport photos taken. At both stores the photos came out badly. Went to Walgreens to see if they even offer this service. The assistant manager, Angel, said no problem and went to work with a far better camera and printer. He helped me adjust the photos when needed and they came out beautifully. Then to top it off, right at the end he also gave me a great discount. Top quality service!

Employees look very young and probably hate there job. Constantly dealing with rude customers 24hrs a day definitely doesn't help. I was welcomed as I walked in and was asked if I need any help by 2 other staff employees. Just being acknowledged was enough. Thanks for the hard work. Keep it up.

Always served me very well (except one windy time they forgot to staple the papers together outside drive-by pickup, whoa!)

I used to pick medication for my parents from here, and just discovered their automated phone refill system, which is absolutely fabulous, intuitive, and simple to use. Thank you for making such an easy way of refills.

Myra and all the girls in the store are the bomb very helpful and saved us a bunch of money with coupons we didn't even know existed
