The people who work at this pharmacy are always kind, helpful, and pleasant. The pharmacists have helped me so much when dealing with insurance and trying to find alternatives when certain medication‘s have not been under insurance. They are way faster than other Rite Aid’s in the neighborhood and significantly nicer.

The Rite Aid on Magnolia Blvd in Sherman Oaks is a great place. They always have what I need and the pharmacy team is great as well. I recommend this location for you pharmacy and other needs.

i love this rite aid because its convenient to my area - the stuff always freindly and i love shopping there they always greeting you welcome and thank you when you leave-
also i can find most of what i need in this store - i feel good about it and make it my drugstores

The Rite Aid at 2511 Magnolia Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91607 is a comfortable, caring pharmacy. Unlike other pharmacies, it is like a family clinic, not just a retail dispensary with long lines. I have been a fan for fifteen years.

I recently moved my prescriptions from the Walgreens that is two block from my house in Valley Village, to the Rite Aid a half a mile down the road. I couldn't be happier. Less wait, personable staff. At the pharmacist's suggestion, she worked with me to get all 10 of my medications on the same refill schedule. Now I don't have to waste my time standing line three times a month. I only had to ask once to have my pills in the small containers as opposed to the large ones that the automated machine at Walgreen dispenses. All in all, I'm very happy to have made the switch. I only wish that I made it sooner.

This rite aid is just around the corner from my apartment, so I’m in here all the time for little knickknacks and day to day needs. There are usually only a few people working the spacious store, but I’m never less than 100% impressed with how they handle customers. Today I went in to find a long line at the checkout with only two employees attending the registers. To mitigate what might otherwise have been a tediously long wait they were both operating 3 registers each. One customer would arrive at the register and offload their purchases, while they scanned all the products lickety split; they’d fly back to the other register to take the other customers money and give them change whilst letting people in line know that register was now open; back to the fella before. It was like a dance. Kudos, you incredibly hard working employees, that was awesome and impressive.

I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I have always had a good experience here. There is very little wait time, The pharmacist always seems caring and understanding.

Viola is the best. although rite aid is a big chain, Viola make it feels like you corner drug store. Other drug stores are closer, but she makes it worth the trip!

The pharmacists are "top shelf"; they are extremely helpful. Who could ask for anything else?
