Got my engagement/wedding ring here as well as another ring and necklace. Very helpful staff and a great care plan for the jewelry. I love being able to get my rings cleaned and inspected, they also offer resizing as well. Overall very happy with the experience I had here.

Had mine and my husband's wedding ring sent out for it's 6-month cleaning just got them back today and they look absolutely stunning they don't look like they've ever been worn any little scratches buffed out the diamonds are sparkling and so clear no more fog on my diamond

Cesar (sorry if misspelled!) was a great help, and we found the perfect ring. Their cleanliness precautions are great, with each ring being cleaned before you try them on. He added the military discount that I was unaware of, and he brought another associate over to make sure the ring sizing was perfect. A great experience!

Not sure how its their fault that someone stole an engagement ring... My wife's wedding set was stolen last June. They helped her find the PERFECT new set, were understanding and helpful as she looked at different pieces and built the perfect wedding set. Just a great staff that worked with us to get exactly what my wife wanted.

Helzberg continues to surprise me with their outstanding quality and customer service. I bought a Zac Posen engagement ring with matching Zac Posen wedding bands to be soldered around it as one piece since it's a split shank. Went to Oregon and something had spilled on them, damaging the ring. They fixed it for free, didn't even ask for my proof of warranty. A few months later I missed my mother was in the hospital and then after she got out my father died, which obviously kept me preoccupied too much to remember about the ring (it was still in the back of my sock drawer, so it's not like I saw it to even remember in the first place), I explained to the manager why I missed my date and she said "it sounds like you have absolutely been through enough already " and kindly signed off so I could keep the warranty effective for future inspections and repairs. These people don't want just your money, they want you to be happy.

Just left the, had jewelry inspection and a cleaning always a pleasure and the service and staff are great. Thank you for taking care of us as always
