I had an amazing experience! Ari was very helpful the other day! She helped me choose a bracelet with charms. Her energy and the way she presented her self was so sweet! Definitely best employee at any Pandora I have gone to. It did not feel like other stores I have went to where they pressure one to buy. The way the store looks was outstanding. Definitely is going to be my go to store.

I was having trouble with a ring I had purchased at a different location and when the other store won’t help me I came to this store. Michelle and Sophia were extremely helpful and were able to fix my problem unlike the other location and they saved my day. Thank you!

Amazing store located at the Westfield Century City Mall. Happy to shop here again. Left satisfied with the quality of service with the very kind staff and the wide variety of charms they have at this location!!! 💕

This actually isn’t open yet

I went in to get a handwritten engraving for a charm to put on my bracelet, the worker told me that the engraving would be ugly and told me to choose something else. I said it was fine and she still pushed me to try to get something I did not want. I told her I still wanted to do the engraving even though she insisted it was not going to turn out pretty. She left my boyfriend and I to write the engraving, disappeared from the sales floor completely and never came back out. We were helped by someone completely different but not before everyone else in the store had been helped and we were the last ones left in there.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, and for a brand that I love and buy frequently it is extremely disappointing!
Last week my boyfriend bought me a ring which appeared to be a little bit too big. I came here to exchange it, and I quote the employee “since it’s been worn, it can’t be exchanged” and when I asked the employee how am I supposed to try it on to see if the ring fits without wearing it, she just responded that it is the policy… the only option she gave me to answer my problem was to “buy a new one” nothing else. I do also have to mention that when he purchased the ring they did not give him any box to put it in, which also appeared to be a problem for the exchange…
I am extremely shocked of how this brand is treating their loyal customers! I have earrings, bracelets and rings from them, but this experience made me want to completely boycott this brand who apparently doesn’t about loyalty!

I was in a rush the night before Valentine’s Day & there were 3 customers in the store - instead of being able to walk around and look at jewelry so I can get in & out before my wife saw me , I found myself standing at a roped off doorway ?? Really? At century city - I ended up going to Tiffany’s ( where I get treated like a first class citizen )..
