The people there at Kay Jewelers in Tacoma Mall were very helpful with finding the right watch for me. I really appreciate their friendliness and their willingness to assist me with not only my watch itself, but also pricing.

Also, I love the fact that Kay Jewelers donates to Saint Jude’s Children Hospital. Helping children in need who are going through rough times is always admired to me. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Kay Jewelers.

I've upgraded my rings, bought presents for my family - they help me find the perfect thing! I've purchased something as simple as modest earrings and they treat me like i'm purchasing their priciest diamond. I love Tina and Peter, and the rest of their team is always polite and helpful.

I was helped in the store by a woman named Jadyn. She is fantastic! First time I felt appreciated as a customer in this store. She was so friendly and seemed to be happy I was there. She even wrapped my daughters ring as it is going to be her birthday in a couple days. That was even after she knew she had seen it before. Jadyn deserves a big raise or promotion! You're lucky to have her! She made my experience fantastic! I hope to be helped by her again when I return to this store!

Love Kay!! Got my beautiful wedding ring here and am so excited to pick it up after it's sized. Peter was so accommodating and patient with my fiancé and I. We're sort of picky and he was so kind and listened to every one of our preferences. He is the guy to go to if you want a ring that matches you perfectly. He was truly awesome!

Ron was wonderful to work with. He took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and his knowledge on jewlery is second to none. Definitely see him when you go.

Peter Coe, the manager at this Kays is AMAZING!!! Ive been a customer here for 10 plus years and have bought multiple pieces from here. Great Customer service and selection! While some reviews on here say that they had a bad experience with an employee, I will say that there were some employees who seems less interested due to lack of skills- but my experience has always been a good one!

I shopped at this store today and my experience was absolutely excellent. I worked with a beautiful young lady by the name of Madi and she was extremely helpful. Thanks to her my Christmas/Birthday present came together beautifully. She is also the reason I am going to make this my store as long as I am in Washington.

I wish I was better with hearing and remembering names because the young man and the dark haired woman working there on Thursday the 6th of January were absolutely great. My daughter went in to get her engagement ring and the service was great. Also, I decided last minute to trade in my own ring so my daughter could get the absolute best ring and the process was painless. Thank you for helping my daughter get the ring of her dreams.

Went in just to look and get some ideas and the young man who helped us (Mark, I think? On Friday June 11 around 11am-12pm) was fantastic. He helped me figure out a lot of my preferences, confirmed sizes, and did not pressure us at all. Overall, great service and we hope to return!
