Elizabeth has been with my for two houses now but this was my first house on my own. If you are looking for someone who has your best interests at heart, she is your person. She will make sure you get nothing but the best when it comes to a house for you and your family. Coming from a single mom, she made this process so nice for me even though there are some high pressure times in house buying situations. She knows the market and she knows how to handle any situation. You gotta trust in her. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

I don’t even know where to start! Elizabeth is…AMAZING!!!! From the day we got in contact with her, she hit the ground- not running- but sprinting, in getting the home we were looking for! Being out of state as a dual military family, it can be hard for us buyers to gage our wants in finding a new home. Elizabeth made that process so painless and easy! Homes we were interested in, she was in there, virtual touring, reviewing the listing, standing on top of timelines and contract signing, even scoping out the neighborhood (we wanted to be close to a park for our young daughter). It also helped that she was familiar with the Tacoma-DuPont-Yelm neighborhoods. I hands down recommend Elizabeth as your realtor! I’m sad just saying this, but when it’s our time to departure Washington, you best believe, we’re heading straight to her, because we know we will be taken care of! Thank you Elizabeth!

Working with Elizabeth is like working with a close friend. As soon as it was listed, our home received a very large amount of interest and offers, exceeding our expectations. Elizabeth worked tirelessly fielding all of the calls and appointments during the frenzied first day on the market, adjusting the listing as needed to respond to the demand, and ultimately minimizing the noise that we needed to worry about. She worked with us to explain all of the offers we received and to research and negotiate offers in our favor. By the next day, the second day on the market, we accepted the best offer on our home. She also secured a backup offer at the same time, giving us peace of mind. The stress of preparing the home for sale was great, but even more so was waiting for the sale to close. Elizabeth worked just as hard during the closing process as she did during the other phases. She helped me stay relaxed because she was following up on our transaction with escrow daily, working with our buyer on anything that popped up, and providing me with timely updates. She would drop everything to speak with me on the phone whenever I needed her. Elizabeth is a calming force. She's professional, smart, persuasive, and hardworking, and she always made me feel like she was working with our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Elizabeth for any real estate needs.

One of the main reasons why I am so impressed with Elizabeth is her work ethic after the closing of a house.
