Finish Line Tacoma is by far my favorite sneaker store at any mall.

I've been shopping here for the past year and always look forward to stopping in to find the latest kicks from some of my favorite brands. Whether it's adidas, Jordan, Nike, Puma or New Balance, you are sure to find whatever shoes you're looking for at this location.

The staff and team work diligently to provide a superb shopping experience. Mark and Jeremiah are my favorite associates. They treat me like family members and our conversations are always delightful. I appreciate their knowledge on what's new and trendy as well as the product recommendations they've made!

Overall I would highly recommend Finish Line Tacoma. You will be impressed all around!

Management is top quality. Kevin definitely cares about the collector over the resellers and that is HUGE in these times. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, always offering knowledgeable assistance, but not being iver bearing doing so. Always a clean environment and plenty of inventory to choose from.. The two young workers that where there today 5/2/19 were very professional and helpful. It was a young black female and a young black male. It is so beautiful to see young black people being professional instead of what the world expects of us to be. Keep up the great work and GOD BLESS.

So ima start out by saying the first time I called the store the girl that answered left me on hold for 10+ minutes. Irritated I hung up and called back and this guy answered, Shamel, and he helped me immediately. When I arrived to the store he had the shoes to the side, amazing, unfortunately they werent the ones I was looking for. This guy went into the back and looked around and found the perfect shoes I needed for work he went above and beyond. Definitely an amazing sales person. Thanks Shamel!

I was in a car accident 1.5 years ago and have paralysis in one of my legs causing me to have to wear a brace. It's very hard time find shoes and it's kind of an emotional process for me. I came in today hoping I would find something that 1) was comfortable 2) more feminine then the orthopedic shoes i have had to wear the last year and 3) would fit over my leg brace.

Donnell/slick helped me out. He was patient, knowledgeable and so kind to me. It was an unsuccessful trip and as I tried shoes I kept getting more and more discouraged. I decided to stop for the day and got emotional as this process has been hard being newly paralyzed. He took time after we finished to have a talk with me and encourage me to not.let this little hiccup ruin my day and to keep looking, the perfect shoes for me are out there.
