Tacoma Mall

Probably one of, if not the, best malls in all of Washington State, a great place for a bite to eat and to spend your life's savings because somehow you find a way to spend at least $100 every time you go. The security staff is very helpful and kind, overall a great experience.

05/13/23: This was my first time here and I felt excited and entertained walking along the hallways. I enjoyed seeing people who were happy and relaxed coming to the mall on the weekends. I love the food court the most since they had tons of diners with delicious food. I hope that I could spend more time here. From Seattle with ❤

There is a so inside this mall called crystal days or daze. Well first time in this shop and i was there for about 40 minutes maybe and i feel in love with this shop. I ended up getting a raw Prehnite stone. This was the only one in the shop. But when i saw it i had to have it. This stove has dark green winter green ice green forest green links purple red/oranges hues in it. It looks amazing and after holding it i could feel the energy from it an it was pure love! Thank you crystal days for my pieces! If you haven't gone in your should take agander off your line that kind of thing

For half the stores open the better ones remain. The service has gone up there. Less people more employees equals the best in store help anywhere. Locals are use to fights in the mall regularly and a few gun incidents. Get what you need then get get out and don't hang about.

Went to the XFinity store. Quick, n Easy. Ended up needing assistance. The employee was helpful, pleasant, & funny, Had a lil mix-up, initially. Thot I was paying a mobile bill- Nope!! Internet. Once was got that straightened out, smoove sailing~ in n out!!

Love shopping here. My favorite place. Good prices and sales. Great quality of merchandise. My only complaint is I hate how they moved all the registers towards the back. They are no longer spread throughout the store, not even the returns or picking up online purchases, which used to be on the 3rd floor.

Amidst the retail rollercoaster, enter the Escalator Enthusiast – a person who treated escalators like a personal fitness challenge, sprinting up while others clung desperately to the handrails. Shoppers alternated between applause and exasperation, turning the escalator into a spectator sport.

And if that wasn't enough, the mall's human GPS, who guided lost shoppers with an uncanny sixth sense, became the unintentional leader of a comical parade through the labyrinth of stores.

Tacoma Mall, where crowded chaos, mysterious disappearances, escalator sprints, and guided shopping parades collide in a symphony of shopping absurdity. Enter if you dare, but be prepared for a laughter-filled journey that might leave you questioning the very fabric of retail reality.

Large indoor mall with lots of stores to choose from.

It was nice, my daughter and I went there and I got her some body wash and body spray from Bath and Body works...A few sweatshirts from Hot Topic and some pens and erasers from an anime store...we ate... she ate at a Thai place and I had the Sakuro Japan shrimp & beef with steamed rice...it was pretty chill...we went to Jimmy John's and ordered a chicken club ranch sandwich... then we took a Lyft home... it was pretty cool!

We waited all day outside JC Penny to get a building a bear. Mall security handed out ice water. Kept it organized and peaceful. Lol What a day, 9 hr wait.

First time there I would love to go back again in the near future.

I love 💕 malls but this one 1⃣ is nice 👍🏽 and big people super friendly..

I shopped at Nordstrom‘s and I got all my Christmas shopping for $200 I bought four gift cards are $25 apiece and honestly I found cheap T-shirts for nine dollars and that was such a blessing

Tons of shops and many surrounding, including many Asian eateries, Costco, buffets, etc, so great location

Pros: Great ambience. Lots of parking and spacious food court. Well cleaned restrooms. Cons: needs more maps of the indoor mall.

Excellent and fast service with health concerns taken seriously. Quick service with a smile and surprisingly adaptable to large groups - eighteen plus. Warm atmosphere and associates were courteous.
