I walked into the store with the idea of purchasing a drone but without any idea of how to use it. Tatiana was exceptional in explaining to me what the packages provided and asking my needs to determine which would be better for me.

She was pleasant, patient and very personable. I ended up getting a mini 4 and bought the care refresh warranty which I implore everyone to get.

It was a great experience, can’t wait to run this bad boy out the box.

I walked into DJI in Manhattan NYC and Audley was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I entered the store while Audley was assisting another customer and interjected instead of waiting my turn. The customer did not mind and Audley was wonderful. He answered all.of my questions even after the store had closed. I did purchase the Osmo Mobile 6 even though I already have the Osmo 5. Thanks so much, Audley. Give him a raise. :)

I dropped by the other day. The showroom is fantastic and has all the DJI products well displayed. The salespeople are passionate about their drones and other products. They took the time to explain to me some of the things I needed help with on my mini pro 4. They also shared with me some of the projects they were personally working on and some completed works. I really felt comfortable in this showroom and intend to visit more often. You can learn something every day.

I honestly can’t say enough positive about this store. Aside from having the newest and greatest DJI equipment their customer service is impressive. I brought in a drone I was having difficulties with and without a wait or hesitation the staff dove in and resolved it while I waited all the while feeding me insights on both the current and new gear coming out. The first day I went to buy Osmo pocket 3, the staff told me that unfortunately they didn't have the product in stock🥹. The next day I woke up to a great message that the product was in limited stock🤩🤩. I quickly went to the store again and received the product. It was a pleasant dji service for me with the renewed store, friendly and expert employees thank you! 💯💯

Tatiana and the other guys at the store were very professional and helpful. When I wanted a product that was not in stock, I made a pre-order and they e-mailed me the minute it arrived. The store itself is small but very cool and has all the latest DJI products.

Great experience at this store. Had multiple associates check in on me and provide insights on the product I was interested in.
