1st Century Bank

Great Customer Service…I came in a minute before closing and the young man (teller) was absolutely cool being professional stating “no problem, glad you made it” and I knew it was content. Great service from start to finish, not once have I ever encountered a problem at this Bank. You can tell they have very hospitable workers all around once you’ve been there a few times…only dispute was the teller was a Barcelona Fan 👎🏼…Go Real Madrid !! ⚽🏟✨🇪🇸

We have been in business for over forty years, and have used (and still use) many different banks. This one is by far the most efficient, friendly, cooperative and responsive bank we have ever been involved with. I cannot imagine what the other reviewer was talking about, other than it was just when they had opened and it is possible there were problems then. I can tell you from our experience, with personal loans, business accounts, wire transfers, etc. it is smooth as silk. Whitecastle Construction.

The best personal service bank ever. Get to know your officer and call him/her directly with any problems. To those complaining about an occasional wait in the lobby, I ask, have you been to Wells Fargo, Chase or B of A lately?

this is the best bank ive ever had in the world.. forget about the big banks.. it doesnt matter that they have 1 or 2 locations.. they make it feel like their under your nose at all times.. you can call and actually talk to someone in the branch all the time... I opened my account after a friend Jonathan Kohanoff persuaded me and now that hes gone, my new banker Masha is incredible. Thank you to the entire 1C team!!!

An excellent private bank. Very few fees, great support and a family feeling. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Proper service

They NEVER answer the phone. The voicemail gives you an option to ask for your banker by name. When I enter the name, it says that there are too many options, (I guess for that same spelling?) so it cannot direct you to any voicemail. When you call the toll free number on the back of your debit card, it directs you to an “as seen on TV” operator that doesn’t even know what the name of the bank is that you’re calling. There is no way I’m going to give my personal banking information out to a person like that!!!
So back I go again, trying to call the local bank& when I try and leave a message for Kyle (who is the manager) I get no call back. Stay away from this bank.!!!!

Called in to try and get answers for a question I had and was sent to voicemail 25 times before someone decided to pick up. Once they had picked up the lady was very rude and had an attitude with me and was probably annoyed that I wouldn’t stop calling even though it was within business hours. I’ve been trying to call this bank over the last 4 days with this same problem. Very unprofessional and bad experience.

One of their customers wrote me a BAD CHECK and they were not even available to talk about it. They have an automated machine to leave a message, really???? So I looked them up and found their local phone number and they were closed at 4:00 on a Friday! Can't do business like that. I hope to get resolution from them regarding their client asap as I have reported it to the police.
