Nina was very helpful getting us set up with our storage unit. My daughter is a student near by and we have been using secure space for the past few years and have had a great experience. But Nina’s service and friendly attitude made this year’s check in even better.

I really appreciate Nina & Victoria. They were awesome, nice, intelligent & worked out a unit for me in the middle of the month and pro- rated it. for me. WOW no one does that anywhere else! They catered to my needs which is almost unheard of at storage units lately. Times are tough we need more people who cater to customer service and take the time & support our issues. It’s a shame that there’s not more places like this. Thank you ladies 💁🏼‍♀☀☀ although I’m a little nervous about the roof of my unit , there’s insulation sticking out of the ceiling in a lot of places which makes me nervous. I could see water damage on the walls. I got insurance but my stuff is worth way more. They took a couple pictures & so did I. Hopefully it’ll b alright & if there is an issue they seem like they’ll fix the problem. Thank you so much ladies, ur support means the world 🌎

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with nina. Who was working at the Parkland storage office and took the time to help me with my storage unit's current situation? She was able to provide me with a lot of useful information about my claim and was very helpful with fixing my google E- mail auto delete problem as well. Fantastic service, thank you

We just returned our unit as it is no longer needed.
Expectations of the closeout process were well communicated and they were helpful in making sure we got what we needed, so we could prepare the unit as needed for an easy return with no additional charges.

Tyler L did an absolute fantastic job helping me get through my lease agreement, talking with me with house the property is in general, and answering all of my questions in regards to safety and security. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured into doing anything as well. He walked with me and showed me the unit personally and chatted on the way, as we walked I noticed the property was well kept and clean of debris and well lit. The manager and her friendliness have been a big plus in renting this unit. The service is always the best. She keeps the property well maintained and willing to help anyway she can. This place is worth storing your precious belongings.

Jolene is the best!!! She was so helpful and friendly when I needed storage. I was really stressed out before walking in but she made everything so easy and simple. I got everything I needed for my last minute move... even a U-haul. Go see Jolene at A Storage she will find you the best unit!

If you need storage, this is the place to go. They have the best rates and the staff works with you if you end up needing a bigger unit, you need to change your move out date, etc. I have a unit here and down the road at Lake Spanaway self storage, same size units but the other place is $50 more a month and they will not work with me on my move out date. The staff is not only helpful but friendly and personable as well. The place is also secure and clean. No complaints about a Storage Center at all.

I am a HUGE fan of the new property manager Jolene. I am familiar with this facility and renting storage. I have to say this company is lucky to have her. She walked into a mess and since she has been manager there have been MAJOR difference and lots of upgrades.
