We had an excellent experience at this store, Richard was incredibly helpful and thorough with helping us complete our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and didn’t pressure us at all. We were so happy and impressed, but most of all grateful.

Richard and the entire team provided an exceptional experience for my wife and I. They were patient, simply, but thorough in their explanations of features and benefits, and asked for the sale without feeling pushy.

I honestly don't why we waited so long to get a sleep number bed. Out of almost 18 years of our marriage....our mattress has always been an issue. Waking up with back pains because obviously I like softer and my hubby likes firmer.

Jonathan was very friendly and let us try several beds. He was not pushy at all and didn't try all those typical sales routines on us. I greatly appreciated the service we received in store

My husband and I recently made a purchase at the Tacoma Mall location. We were greeted by Dakota, who was very helpful and informative. We had no plans of making a purchase that day, but after Dakota explained and showed us everything we decided to go for it. We are very happy.

Richard was our salesman, and it was a joy working with him. I talked to him 2 days before my wife and I went up there. It was probably the best experience we had buying a bed.

Great customer service! My wife and I were greeted apon entering, & checked on when we were ready to be helped without needing to ask. "EJ" was amazingly helpful from start to finish, and more than knowlegable, we really felt taken care of & CARED FOR, regardless of what option we desired (which is especially rare these days!). If your looking for a new bed or just curious about their options; we highly recomend, we'll never sleep on anything else again. Stop by and they'll take of you and make everthing easy and effortless, no matter what you're looking for!

Just left here and Melissa was awesome to work with. Didn't pressure us at all and was very honest and upfront with us. Most important to me she didn't try and upsell us into spending more than we wanted to. Awesome experience all around

This Tacoma store was great, my wife and I had great experience buying a new bed and sheets. Couldn’t be happier. This was a pleasant surprise after a horrible experience the same day at the Olympia store. I can’t even express the horrible treatment I received at the Olympia store. If you want a awesome bed sold to you by a top notch staff, go to Tacoma Sleep Number at the Tacoma mall. They definitely have your best interest in mind.

Go talk to Alyssa. She seriously wants you to sleep better. This was such a great experience and had we not stopped in on a whim to ask some questions I'd still be dreaming of my sleepnumber....instead of dreaming ON it!!

Actually, I cant lie. I haven't even been able to sleep on our beautiful mattress yet since its upstairs and I just had knee surgery, soon tho, very soon I will be dreaming on it.

So for me, the experience was so great, informative, and GENUINE that it gives me hope and makes me happy there are really still retail sales associates out there that take pride in what they sell and care who they are selling it to.

Ashley was amazing! She went above and beyond in helping me find the right sleep number bed and base. I am glad I decided to actually go to the sleep number store before I made my order. This will be my third sleep number bed I have purchased now!

We went in to the store and were given a thorough education on the beds. We were able to try them all with a long enough time to really tell if we liked them. It was a good experience.
