The team is amazing. The store is always packed but every staff does their best to give each customer an awesome experience. Shout out to Tina and Alex for your wonderful service. Kudos for the joy and patience in your service when there are always endless demands!

Today I met with Jim at the Genius Bar and he was amazing! A true detective! I have had a storage problem for a year or so and had called apple care and they told me to get an external hard drive, which I did. But the problem came up again so he ran diagnostics on my computer and because he is so brilliant , he dug deeper into the problem and discovered an underlying application (I think?) that was 4 years old— or at least hadn’t been used in 4 years. He backed my info up, gave me solid advice and then freed up all my storage. He is a true genius and I am so thankful for him!!

Dani provided exceptional customer service to me. She greeted me at the door and helped me set up my apple care insurance easily and in a time efficient manner. I didn’t have to wait in a long line and she helped me figure out some things in my settings and made it such an easy and smooth transition. I will definitely be returning back to this location. Thank you! Highly recommend the Apple Store in Corte Madera! 5 stars!

Great store, great staff. My wife bought a phone there a few years ago and still loves it. I recently visited to see their headphones. Their $500 headphones are too expensive and their affordable headphones aren’t good enough. I bought no headphones but still love the store.

Thanks to Colety and all the other folks who helped me on January 12 at the Corte Madera Apple store. I think the staff are amazing. So patient and respectful and knowledgeable. Even though it took a couple hours for my whole process of figuring out why my MacBook Pro wouldn't power on and then also purchasing a replacement iPhone, someone was always checking in with me on the progress of whatever was going on. Remarkable experience of customer service.

I visited this Apple store on 12/24 for assistance repairing the screen of my iPhone 13. I was helped my ”Stace” (I am sorry for probably misremembering/misspelling your name). She was incredibly professional and helpful and ensured that I had a positive and successful repair experience. I will return to this Apple store for all my future Apple needs because of the service I received.

I love the energy and vibrancy of the Apple Store. (The only one I’ve been to). Employees seem so happy to be working and helping people, no one is bored or lacking in interesting problems to solve quickly. I think this is a utopian workplace.

Linda Linda Linda she is amazing. Heads up if u have Apple Care, you will need a second Apple device to file a claim on if not bring a credit card into Apple Corte Madera purchase another phone (approx $652) & then refund it. Second know your cell phone serial number. It was complicated but the staff was helpful and knowledge when it came to getting my claim started for a replacement when my iPhone was stolen.

I just had the best experience at the Apple store. Due to user error, my phone went black and I couldn't see the screen. I went into the store anticipating a long wait and was helped immediately by the nicest associate. He helped me fix my phone and was so nice. Didn't catch his name but he's a tall blond fellow with a beard, so if you want great service, look for him!

I’m frequently a customer of the Apple Store but I wanted to give them a shout out for their service today in particular. I had to pick up a repair but I also had ordered a new adapter and had arranged to pick it up tomorrow, based on the coronavirus protocols. When I showed up, they gave me both my repair and my order, and didn’t even note that I had showed up a day early. I regularly get excellent service here; this is indicative of the high standard they provide.

Clean and safe neighborhood to visit. This place is so much better than San Francisco, Emeryville and Berkeley!!

The new booking system for genius bar is not at all user friendly - so I went in person. Colty (sp) was assigned to me and helped me run a diagnostics test on my computer to help me determine if I should buy a new computer or hold on to it for a few more years. While he was doing that, he showed me how to upload photos from an older iphone to the cloud, he cleaned my computer and replaced two broken keyboard buttons. Long story short, the guy made me feel like he was on my side, and he was setting me up for success.

I also chatted with Aldo in sales about an iPad, he was super informed and again, made me feel like he was on my side.

Chris is hands down the best worker there!!! He was so nice, funny and so helpful whenever I asked questions about the MacBook Air, I am so happy with my purchase!! Thank you so much Chris 😇

Surprisingly delight experience.

After reading the many negatives review dealing with customer service at this Apple store location, I was prepared for the worst. However, the worst was not the case, far from it in actuality.

I did make an appointment and showed up thirty minutes early. At my early check in I was notified that I would not receive any help earlier then my registered appointment time because of the high number of walk-ins. This was reasonable so I waited outside in the beautiful courtyard. I walked back in exactly at the time of my appointment, was given a seat at the genius bar, and received help within five minutes of sitting down. The issue had to be checked out in the back which took no more then ten minutes, I then was seen by a technician for another ten minutes. That's it.

I let them do their job, and they solved my issue in a timely manner with great customer service.
