I work at the roseville location and had an issue with a customer order. Your store was the only store that had the item left in stock and Denise was SO nice to me and was helpful getting it squared out. Everyone should take notes on Denise's attitude because shes amazing :)

My shopping trip to this department store was amazing! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. You'll discover a variety of makeup brands and also designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and luggage brands. They even offer alteration and embroidery services. The store had a lot of choices, and it was easy to find what I wanted. I left really happy with what I bought, and I'll definitely go back again! I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to shop the trendiest clothes and accessories.

Observed helpful and friendly staff. Excellent and large selection although for specific sneaker variants like Air Jordan’s you better go to one of the other 3 sports stores in the Mall of America.

Shabnam in the Men's Department provided outstanding service. She helped my son find a suit, shirt and shoes for a work event. She was patient and has a wonderful eye for style. We were only in town for the day visiting my son and we were in the store for about 20 minutes after closing. Shabnam didn't make us feel rushed; she made us feel welcomed. Shabnam is a treasure!

Iman provided me exceptional customer service. He helped me find nice, comfortable, stylish shoes that were reasonably priced. He really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and buy something that I would use and work best with my feet situation. Shoe shopping is hard for me as its hard to find shoes that work with my feet.

The Bazille restaurant on the second floor of Nordstrom has delicious food, it’s worth stopping there for lunch especially if your’re shopping. They offer signature salads, sandwiches and house specialties. You can’t go wrong.

Nice mall with two floors. 1st floor has everything from makeup to perfume to shoes and men’s clothes. 2nd floor mostly has ladies items. If you want perfume advice, visit Frank by the elevator on the 1st floor: he really knows his stuff

Valentino in the shoe department helped me find the perfect shoes for my job interview. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about material and brands, but he was also very easy to talk to.

I was also helped by a kind saleswoman upstairs after the shoes were covered, but unfortunately did not get her name. She helped me find a job interview outfit to go with the shoes and was very uplifting because I was nervous about the interview. Both sales associates created a positive experience and helped me get that job! Thank you :)

I care for an elderly gentleman who I brought to Nordstrom for something to cover his feet. Each staff member I encountered was very helpful and patient with us. The store was impeccable, neat, and clean right down to the facilities. We were able to shop and get around with his wheelchair with ease and we were successful in finding slippers to keep his feet warm and dry this winter. I will recommend this store to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!!

Simply the best department store. Beautiful things, and they treat me like royalty. I have been a loyal customer for years. However, I wish their men's suits were classic in design. The short jacket with high two button looks silly, especially with skinny pants. I want to look like Cary Grant, not Peewee Herman

Went here part of my guide dog training. Very lovely nordstrom's very wide aisles not too many things in the middle or in the way. It is felt very pleasant to be in their. Escalators were smooth and operational that make any noise. The few people encounter very pleasant. If you like nordstrom seems like a really good North from. In the mall is very nice too.

Nordstrom's is just a great place to shop. Their service is fantastic. I also like how they've streamline online purchase, pick up, and returns. I never think twice about buying anything at Nordstrom. I know if I'm not satisfied, they'll take it back.
