Microsoft Store

Working with the people in the store is like stepping back in time, to an era when service mattered. Everyone I've dealt with Has truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve had many interactions, including the purchase of two computers, data transfers, problems solved as well as learning new tricks and tips. I feel like they are my private IT team. Thank you all!

After driving 4 hours since this location is nearest to me, Justin and Angie made my experience superior! I was having hardware issues with my surface pro screen and since I bought the extended warranty, they replaced it with no hassle. They also informed me of special deals for my small business which I plan to look into. Thank you Justin and Angie!

The store was a great experience! I purchased a laptop running Windows 8 and plan to take advantage of the FREE Win 10 upgrade. An Apple user for years, I'm not used to free anything. In fact, I'm now in reverse sticker shock. I noted someone mentioned the store looks suspiciously like the Apple store. Actually it does until you take a look at your sales receipt on the way out of the Microsoft store. In comparison, I'm still amazed at how little it cost and how much I recieved. I upgraded the Acer laptop a couple days later with a one terabyte SSD that cost considerably less than $400 and purchased some application software online. My personal experience is that everything you buy simply cost a lot less when you are running a Microsoft OS. Should have made this change years ago.

This store has it together. I was greeted by Jordan and after about 15 minutes I knew he knew what he was talking about. He eased my fears regarding Windows 8 and went out the next day and bought a new computer. I have gone into the store two times after that and each time have found that everyone was helpful and knew what they were talking about.

Microsoft should have done something like this years ago.

The store is neat and the employees are incredibly friendly. I had to trouble with a Xbox controller and even though they don't supposed to help in my case, I did get the help. It was pretty quick but I recommend making an appointment before. Parking is a pain even an a regular weekday.

Must say the service here is great! I had purchased a Microsoft VR headset but it sadly broke. Thankfully the people at Microsoft were able to set me up with a brand new headset!
Really a great place!

I stopped in last night needing some help with my 2 year old mouse. I got speedy and thorough service diagnosing what was going on. While I'm sad my mouse is dead, at least I know that it didn't work on the other laptops the tech tested it on.

Very helpful people on there. For someone who hasn't purchased much new tech in several years, it's like stepping into the future. They price match, so bring your costco prices.

People can say what they want about microsoft but they treat you like your in first class here. They swaped out my sp4 with zero fuss. Let me use their tools to get my stuff put onto the new sp4 and they gave me refreshments...

had battery bulge with my sp4. no problem was replaced and transferred my data over to replacement. Felt comfortable first thing walking in door and given a cup of coffee.

Great team of people (Marissa, Izic, Jordan, Nick, Sarah, Itza, and many others) always very helpful and willing to bend over backwards for their customers. I'm glad this location exists. Thank you for all that you do!

Great Service staff, Zack, is right on. Second time there, same Technician who recognized me and who expertly diagnosed and fixed issues, even though one was major.

Amazing experience at this store and even got to test out the hololens. Ish helped me out along with a few others. I would definitely recommend this store for the friendly service!

Pleasant store with helpful salespeople and a great place to play with the new windows toys.

Staff is helpful for squeezing more from Office 365. And most are amusing.
